ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Sweep, mop and vacuum floors in all assigned areas (including Entertainment Center, Bingo Hall, and Backstage Rooms) of the casino on a daily basis • Clean and sanitize public and team member bathrooms • Empty and clean ashtrays between EGDs and throughout gaming floor • Clean all glass, glass doors, and mirrors as assigned • Replenish handy wipes between EGDs and in all other assigned areas • Replenish paper towels, toilet tissue, and facial tissue in all assigned areas • Check and report damage of any EGD, stool, and all other equipment immediately to Housekeeping Supervisor • Dust and shine furniture and machines • Pick up all debris off floor throughout the entire facility • Use all available safety precautions when handling trash, cleaning restrooms, and any bodily fluids • Place all used cleaning towels and soiled items in appropriate containers • Empty ashtrays and ash buckets in metal container • Empty trash on gaming floor and restricted areas throughout the day • Take trash to compactor on a daily basis • Respond to urgent situations regarding building and facilities housekeeping needs • Assist with keeping the housekeeping area (Cave) cleaned and organized • Speak clearly into radio so everyone will be able to understand the call • Use good radio etiquette at all times • Report all found money, coins, tokens, credits left at or in EGD promptly • Report all lost and found items to Security promptly • Assist with providing guests with drinks, etc. • Will perform other duties as assigned by Housekeeping Supervisor, Department Manager, Manager on Duty, or General Manager EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: • GED or High School Diploma preferred, but not required • No previous experience needed in Housekeeping or Maintenance areas, but preferred QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: • Must have knowledge of housekeeping skills for a large facility • For safety reason team member must to able to read English

Position Summary Under the general direction of the KTIK Social Services Director, the Child Welfare Case Manager manages and coordinates child welfare-related services in situations involving Indian Child Welfare matters with the immediate goals of ensuring the safety of every child entering KTIK Tribal Custody and working with families through active efforts aimed at reunifying Indian Families, whenever possible. As a Child Welfare Case Manager, this position holds the responsibility to create and maintain accurate and timely records, provide support to natural families and foster families, organize and conduct visits with parents and siblings, and engage in useful intervention strategies in accordance with recognized standards of care. Child Welfare Services are provided as part of the Case Managers work with children and families: Foster Care Services, Child Protection Services, Child Welfare Case Management and Coordination Services, Family Preservation Services, Independent Living Services, and Parenting Support. Essential Functions and Responsibilities The essential duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following: Willing and able to travel at any time and be available to travel for work children and familys Be will to work an on-call rotating schedule/irregular hour. Submit written reports at least 5 days before a scheduled Tribal Court hearing, and make oral reports to the Tribal Court, providing necessary information on the progress and efforts by natural parents related to Case Plan goals and Court Orders, as well as updates on the overall well-being and developmental achievements of children in foster care. Accept referrals for children alleged or suspected to be abused, neglected, or exploited, and take necessary and appropriate actions. Schedule and organize Case Plan meetings within 30 days of the child entering Tribal Custody. Develop individualized Case Plans for any child or youth when an investigation supports a judicial adjudication of the child as a Child in Need of Care. Develop individualized Case Plans for natural parents of children in foster care. Submit all Case Plans to the KTIK Tribal Court. Maintain a confidential system of records, subject to third-party disclosure only upon order of the Tribal Court. Recognize that confidentiality is a cornerstone of child welfare services, and any unauthorized breach of confidentiality will result in discipline up to and including termination. Assist with all grant reporting related to child welfare services. Adhere to strict documentation protocols as required for grantors and program policies. Conduct home visits regularly and no less than once every 30 days. Schedule home visits with natural parents, foster parents, and foster children as often as required to effectively address and/or resolve the family or childs needs. Provide meaningful, targeted referrals for children, youth, and families to the appropriate department, agency, or organization for necessary treatment or supportive services. Ensure children in Tribal Custody are up to date on all health screenings and appointments. Work with Foster Parents to schedule appointments for children in Tribal Custody as needed. Administer services to support parents, provide Family Preservation Services to Tribal families to prevent out-of-home placement, and conduct interventions with families, including natural parents and children, aimed at family reunification for children placed out of the home. Assist families in meaningful and engaging ways when accessing resources and providing services to comply with court orders and fulfill Case Plan goals. Meet with supervisors, colleagues, and other Tribal programs to provide effective support and case management for children and parents assigned to the Case Manager. Attend and participate in staff meetings and other scheduled meetings, identify and participate in available departmental, virtual, and external trainings, and participate in other meetings and events as directed by a supervisor. Conduct thorough, comprehensive, well-documented home studies as necessary. Assist in Child Protective Services investigations or other Child Welfare-related services as needed or required. Provide necessary and appropriate documentation to law enforcement and prosecution related to child welfare matters when a childs safety is at issue or a concern. When intervention by law enforcement is needed, share important details and effectively coordinate with law enforcement. When a petition for a childs removal or adjudication should be considered by prosecution, provide the necessary information, affidavits, details, or other evidence the prosecutor will need to protect the childs safety and effectively support a petition in Tribal Court. Prepare and submit reports detailing worker activities as needed or requested by the Social Service Director for tracking and grant reporting purposes. Respond to phone, email, and other inquiries as soon as reasonably possible, but not later than 24 hours. Work regularly scheduled shifts on a routine basis with limited unscheduled absences. Be on time for work, ready to start work-related activities at the time the scheduled shift begins. Maintain eligibility to work in Social Services and Child Welfare Services, including a clear criminal record. If the employee is arrested or charged with a crime, the employee must provide notice to the Social Services Director within 24 hours. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Acts as a resource for guests, management and team members to ensure a maximum level of satisfaction and service throughout the Marketing Department as well as the Golden Eagle Casino. Develops and sustains working relationship with all guests, particularly high-end players. Seeks new and targeted players to inform them of benefits of all player events. Track and monitor guest feedback and participation to determine program effectiveness. Identify registered players and prospective players. Captures and cultivates new gaming guests by establishing and actively pursuing their business. Develops profiles on each rated player to ensure all team members of Marketing know the rated players and how to serve them. Establish a personal relationship with each player by keeping in touch by phone and letter on a regular on-going basis. Must have flexibility in schedule to be present at all VIP and Concert functions. Acknowledge and recognize guests who have no interest in obtaining a Players Club card but have the type of play that would qualify the guest for VIP status. Maintain a positive image when off duty to protect the integrity and reputation of the Golden Eagle Casino. General Qualifications: Prior gaming player development experience preferred. Experience in convincing individuals with disposable income to spend extensively on their visits. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Previous experience in hospitality, sales, marketing, promotions or public relations. Education and Experience: College degree or equivalent preferred. Knowledge of player tracking system a plus.

    JOB TITLE: Tribal Victim Services (TVS) Advocate DEPARTMENT/LOCATION: Social Services Department SCHEDULE AND FTE: Regular shift schedule for up to five consecutive days (including some weekend days) for a total of 40 hours each week. POSITION SUMMARY: Provides immediate and ongoing assistance to Native American victims of crime, including domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, human trafficking, and elder abuse in Brown County, the Kickapoo Reservation, and surrounding areas. Provides advocacy, crisis intervention, safety planning, emotional support, resources and referrals, and case management services to victims. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Identify risk, safety plan, make referrals, coordinate services, and plan for a healthy future by providing case management services and coordinating client needs with collateral agency services. Responds to calls, walk-ins, and crises. Provide emergency assistance, confer with law enforcement and prosecutors. Assist with court orders, making provisions to meet observed and stated needs within program guidelines. Conducts phone and in-person assessments. Networks with service agencies to inform and educate regarding the impact of violence in tribal communities, inform and educate community partners regarding the unique experience of Native Americans experiencing violence and the system responses to them, promote the TVS Program, brainstorm, and suggest options and alternatives for victims. Organize data and victim information; enter data into the confidential data management system. Assist in developing, coordinating, and delivering culturally relevant community outreach, awareness, and education services in venues such as health fairs, community events, in-service trainings, workshops, community meetings, informative presentations, and awareness campaigns; and coordinate and facilitate support groups while managing volunteer support systems within the service area. Identify the needs of the service participants and respond by developing, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating services provided to victims through TVS. Complete other duties as assigned by the Social Services Director. Requirements: At a minimum, hold an associate degree in psychology, social work, criminal justice, or other social service-related field or a High School Diploma/GED and certification as an advocate. One year of similar or related experience advocating for individuals in need of assessments, referrals, support services, and case management. Preferred qualifications include two or more years providing direct services to victims while working in advocacy and a bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, criminal justice, or another social service-related field. Have a valid Kansas driver's license free of restrictions. Must be insurable by KTIK and hold current automobile insurance. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge of human behavior and trauma responses. Knowledge of technology in data management, communication, report-writing, and research. Knowledge of vicarious trauma and an understanding of the effects of exposure to others' physical and emotional trauma experiences. Knowledge of the criminal system, including processes and procedures. Knowledge of conflict mediation, crisis intervention, and peer counseling techniques. Knowledge of community resources that are available for social, medical, and economic assistance. Knowledge of data collection, case documentation requirements, and standards for report writing. Skill of active listening. Skill of social perceptiveness. Skill of effectively managing time. Skill of critical thinking and effective communication even in stressful situations. Skill of developing options and problem-solving. Ability to work efficiently in a team environment while also being a self-starter able to effectively work independently. Ability to maintain a professional work ethic, manner, and appearance. Must be reliable, dependable, and responsible. Must be honest, ethical, and able to comply with strict confidentiality standards. Ability to maintain composure, keep emotions in check, control anger and frustration, even in very difficult situations, and the ability to empathize with others and understand their perspective. Ability to attend out-of-town training courses to periodically enhance job performance. Ability to be available and share responsibility for on-call rotations of the crisis line, usually responding by phone but occasionally needing to respond in person.
