GGRC is looking to hire a Director. Regional Center Services to lead and oversee the agency's Lanterman Act (Ongoing) case management efforts. The RCS Director position is charged with developing and facilitating a team of Managers and other specialty staff to support the efforts of GGRC Social Workers. Responsibilities
Oversees all Social Work activities including Lanterman Services (for ages 3 and older) and the Self‑determination Program.
Serves as a member of the Management Advisory Committee, contributing to agency‑wide strategic and operations decision making.
Coordinates with Executive Director, Department Directors, and other key staff on all aspects of case management for individuals served by the regional center who are 3 years old and older.
Informs organizational restructuring decisions based on growth in those served, their evolving needs and developments in service options.
Assesses, reviews, and approves funding requests, including but not limited to, Service Code 024 (Purchase Reimbursements), Help Fund requests, and other specialized funding for individuals served, ensuring alignment with GGRC policies and Purchase of Service Guidelines.

Be knowledgeable in the Community Care licensing regulations for THP+FC.
Conduct a pre-placement appraisal with the placing agency and NMD. Explain the program expectations and complete necessary intake paperwork.
Following acceptance into the program the social worker will obtain intake information and complete a needs and services plan.
THP+FC social worker will complete initial an update the needs and services plan/ STLP and submit to the supervisor within 10 working days.
Provide at least weekly consultation to the NMD. Consultation may, but is not limited to discussion of progress towards goals, teaching life skills, teaching parenting skills, public benefits advice, housing advocacy and tenancy training, computer training, transportation assistance, assist in contact with appropriate supportive adults/mentors.
To provide assistance with managing the NMD's cash resources, personal property, and valuables
To provide assistance with maintaining accurate records of the NMD's bank account, savings, and monthly budget.
To provide and/or coordinate referrals for additional services, consultants and community resources as needed (i.e. medical, therapy, psychiatric, parenting classes, job training, )
Document the NMD weekly progress at home, school, and/or work, major incidents, and other significant, collateral contacts.
Complete special incident reports and any other reports as required by the placing agency.
Maintain contact with placement worker and inform of any significant events/incidents
Consult supervisor regarding incidents, significant issues, and possible terminations, and follow-up as directed.
Meet with supervisor for a minimum of one hour weekly of individual supervision and case consultation.
Ensure that client files are complete and up-to-date.
Submit all reports and documentation to supervisor for final approval.
Facilitate trainings, and support groups as directed by supervisor.
Provide on-call crisis intervention. Perform the function of duty-worker at the office as requested.

What will the Payroll Assistant do?

Acts as an advocate for individual supported and their families to assure receipt of entitled services. Encourages individuals supported and their families to fully participate in coordinating and utilizing the resources available and reviews and ensures that the individuals supported receive appropriate and effective services from existing community resources.
Initiates referrals and monitors progress of vendored services, evaluates availability and effectiveness of services. Identifies community service needs or gaps and assists community resources in the development of needed services and improving the quality of services.

General:

What will the Payroll Assistant do?
Audit and reconcile 230 plus electronic timecards and time off request each pay period for accurate time recording and approvals
Assist with semi-monthly employee compensation calculations, including overtime, leave of absence and other payroll-related deductions.
Respond to, investigate and accurately resolve employee issues, questions, or pay statement discrepancies in a timely and confidential manner.
Support internal and external payroll inquiries and requests related to HR.
Respond to ADP related employee issues, including password reset and log-in troubleshooting.
Maintain journal entries and update general ledger for all payroll/benefits related expenses and income.
Train new employees on ADP and Concur Expense Reports.
Assist with payroll-related audits.

What the Bilingual Social Worker - Early Start will do:
Early Start does the needs assessment and works with the families of clients aged 0 - 3 to develop, implement, and coordinate the client's Family Service Plan, acting as an advocate and service coordinator to the clients and their families. Local travel within the county of Marin may be required. Occasional statewide travel and access to reliable transportation and many different locations throughout the day in order to perform the outline responsibilities of the position is required. This position requires fluency in both reading and speaking in Spanish.
Meet with clients/families and conduct a needs assessment. Develop action plans for community resources and referrals. Provide information to families and community agencies regarding GGRC and services available. Partner with families to problem solve and build on family strengths and natural supports. Monitor child's developmental status and provide developmental activities to enhance development. Provide intake services and crises management as needed.
Act as an advocate with client/family to assure receipt of entitled services and achievement of client's rights. Educate clients/families on available resources and support and on specific policies/programs such as Medicaid Waiver and Institutional Deeming. Review and ensure that clients receive appropriate services from existing community resources. Evaluate availability and effectiveness of services.
Research available community resources and services. Initiate referrals and monitor progress of referrals and of vender services. Participate in community meetings and activities. Participate in staff and other internal meetings and task forces as assigned. Help improve and develop community service by providing appropriate support.
Maintain client records, case and Title XIX Progress notes as required. Determine eligibility for further GGRC services. Coordinate transition from Early Start services to local school districts or other community programs. Prepare Special Incident Report and other reports and forms. Ensure compliance with program's policies and procedures as set forth by the State of California. Ensure that services are provided per relevant regulations.

Bilingual Social Worker - Early Start will have:

Review nursing plan, access to medical services and escort clients to doctor's appointments
