MCCFL provides a whole-person care approach to adults and children to address both physical and mental health needs. MCCFL offers a variety of programs including a mobile crisis unit, intensive case management, ongoing counseling, community support, supported employment, jail diversion, hospital discharges, hearings, and more.
What you need:
Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the position's essential responsibilities is qualifying. This includes:
A high school diploma or GED.
Be certified and registered as a Peer Delivered Service Provider through the Oregon Health Authority and Traditional Health Worker Registry, or obtain certification and register within 90 days of hire. Maintain current and valid certification at all times.
Have previous or current lived experience as a mental health treatment consumer, and/or support a family member with experience as a mental health treatment consumer, as defined by OAR 309-018-0105.

MARGINAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Be a SBDC ambassador!
Work with the director and advisory committee to update CGCC SBDC strategic plan.
Work with funding partners and college personnel to provide information for tracking client and program success.
Work closely with other instructors, counselors and staff members to serve SBDC clients.
Obtain current market information.
Maintain favorable relationships with the college and the community.
Act as liaison between local government agencies or people regulating, assisting or affecting business management and operations in the Mid-Columbia region.
Requirements
EXPERIENCE
We need someone with small business experience. Having started or run your own small business is important and provides some of the credibility needed to advise other small businesses. Experience in managing employees is also a plus. Must have the ability to provide advice to small business entrepreneurs and have the ability to teach adult learners.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
A business degree is great, so is a degree in accounting, education, communications, or financial management. Having some academic learning around business, advising, or instructing is certainly a plus, but many successful businesses are run by people without degrees. Although it certainly makes for a strong application, we don't require a degree for this position

Financial statement comprehension is definitely required
Marketing principles
Business plan development

Possesses problem solving and decision-making abilities.
Possesses good communication skills (writing, spelling, listening, and speaking).
Demonstrates knowledge and good judgment in matters of college policy and procedures.
Dresses and maintains self in a professional manner.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Student Life work study position assists with operations in the student life office by supporting resource navigation and helps with event coordination.

Support the Office of Student Life operations and events
Preform administrative tasks and data entry

Fill in with the food pantry operations when needed

Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES NEEDED TO PERFORM THIS ROLE:
Excellent customer services skills
Strong organizational, phone and writing skills are required as well as an attitude of serving and putting the customer first.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and web are preferred.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Previous office work experience is preferred but not required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS:
This position requires working at a computer, typing, sitting, and standing.
This position requires use of office equipment such as computers, printers, telephones, copiers, adding machines, fax machines, and scanners.
Salary Description $16 an hour
