He has had a successful career leading global engineering, consulting and construction businesses operating in the environment, infrastructure, power, manufacturing, mining, and oil & gas sectors. Dr. Mahmoud has built a strong reputation in the industry for leading, turning around, and building businesses.

Emmanuel Rodriguez is a Chief information Officer at Golder Associates. He has worked as Regional CIO & Global CIO for Corporate Systems at SOCIETE GENERALE SA, Consulting Partner at Baysville Consulting Services, and Regional Chief Information Officer at Prudential.
