Teach life saving swim skills to children aged 4 months - 12 years.

Job Summary
The Local Marketing Coordinator at our swim school will play a key role in driving community engagement and business growth. This position involves coordinating both internal and external communications for marketing campaigns, school events, and local promotions. The coordinator will also help generate new, qualified leads through targeted marketing initiatives and nurture those leads throughout the customer journey to increase conversions and enhance customer retention. Aqua-Tots Headquarters Program Execution:
· Participate in all HQ Marketing/Creative SOP's

Minimum Qualifications
· Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing/communications, retail, sales, membership sales or related field, franchise/multi-unit marketing experience a plus

The Position:
