What You Bring
Must possess 8+ years of combined field service technical assembly, maintenance and repair of power and distribution transformers/transformer accessories in the utility/energy electrical industry. Expertise in Distribution, Power, and Transmission electrical substation equipment across Low, Medium, and High Voltage ranges preferred.
Bachelor's degree, High School diploma, GED or technical vocational or apprenticeship training, combined with prior transformer field service or related experience.
High level field supervisory skills to direct crew members and subcontractors as assigned.
Perform and direct personnel in operating transformer oil processor safely and accurately.
Must have strong commercial and industrial electrical wiring and strong transformer electrical testing and fixing skills.

The 2026 Field Team will be responsible for conducting a paid field operation in their respective turfs. The organizers will be tasked with building new relationships with community members and leaders, conducting paid canvasses, and gaining a fundamental understanding of our communities. The ultimate goal of these roles is to build a multiracial, working-class base of supporters that will continue to organize in their communities long after the 2026 elections.
