Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
There are times when the product being tested may be discussed in a private chat room that is opened by a market research firm

Assists the Coordinator and District Manager in preforming day to day location operations.
Reports directly to District Manager under the direction of the Coordinator and is in charged with assisting in the successful location operations.
Follows the Safety and Quality Systems through Instructional meetings.
Performs service coordination and completes yard activity.
Maintains and disseminates information on rental equipment.
Cleans and maintains equipment.
Assembles and disassembles equipment.
Assists in maintaining segregation of equipment.
Assists the Shop Coordinator in any special projects that are required.
Assists in keeping the shop area cleaned and organized.
May assist Coordinator and office personnel with paperwork.
Other duties as assigned.

Details Information Working Title Grounds Position Status Full Time Department Facilities and Construction General Summary The Odessa College Groundskeeper maintains college grounds in a neat and orderly fashion by using power tools and equipment as needed.
Specific Position Duties
* Responsibilities include semi-skilled work in the care and culture of plants, hedges, grass and general grounds maintenance.
* Perform ground related work such as mowing grass, trimming shrubs, pruning trees, keeping grounds clean.
* Deliver, haul and move equipment and perform related duties.
* Exterior Window washing.
* Perform occasional tasks within the department as assigned by supervisor or director such as basic plumbing, HVAC, irrigation system repairs, painting, construction, basic mechanical work or assisting with general maintenance duties as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED. Ability to operate various vehicles and machinery including but not limited to forklift, backhoe, sweeper, push mower, riding mower, tractor, weed eater, edger and various hand tools; Acceptable driving record to allow operation of college motor vehicles; Ability to climb, balance, bend, kneel and crouch to gain access to plants; Near-vision acuity needed to operate tools and machinery.
Preferred Qualifications Annual Salary $33,280-$35,360 Hiring Range Work Hours Fall Hours: M-T 8:30 am - 5:30 pm; Fri 8:00 am - 1:00 pm Summer Hours: M-T 7:30 am - 5:30 pm, closed Friday

Primary Purpose: Maintain fluid levels on all buses.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
• High school diploma or GED preferred
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions
Possess or obtain a Class B CDL with “P” & “S” endorsements
Have or be eligible for state certification as a school bus driver
Experience:
Vehicle preventive maintenance preferred
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
Check and maintain all fluid levels on Transportation vehicle
Visually inspect belts and hoses for wear
Inform the Shop Foreman and/or Lead Mechanic of any potential mechanical problems
Record odometer readings and amounts of fuel, fluid, and oil used in each vehicle, report an accurate reading of school bus fuel gages
Clean pump islands, bus parking stalls, and compound as needed
Work in other areas as needed in the summer time, wash bay, etc.
Ensure that all out of town trip buses have been fueled and checked for proper fluid levels, hose leaks, or worn belts
Keep pump filters changed to ensure good operations and clean fuel
Drive a school bus route as needed
Any other duties as assigned
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Manage bus riders while driving a bus
Working Conditions:
Ability to handle extreme weather conditions, to climb upon some vehicles in order to raise the hood and check oil and fluids, and to be exposed to fumes and gasoline.
Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors:
Maintain emotional control under stress. Frequent districtwide and statewide travel; occasional prolonged or irregular hours.
