A fully trained BPA may be eligible for up to an additional 25% of base pay per the BPA Pay Reform Act of 2014. You will be eligible for a promotion to the next higher grade level (without re-applying) once you successfully complete 52 weeks in the lower grade level.

Duties and Responsibilities:
As a BPA, you will be part of our 60,000+ workforce that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing the nation's economic prosperity. Being a BPA makes you a valuable member of the Federal Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) profession.
Typical assignments include:
· Detecting and questioning people suspected of violating immigration and customs laws and inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations.
· Preventing and apprehending aliens and smugglers of aliens at or near the borders by maintaining surveillance from covert positions to include using infrared scopes during night operations.
· Interpreting and following tracks, marks, and other physical evidence of illegal entry of persons or contraband.
· Performing farm checks, building checks, traffic checks, city patrols, and transportation checks.
· Patrolling the international boundary and coastal waterways using a variety of government assets such as vehicles, horses, vessels, watercraft, off-road vehicles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and motorcycles for the accomplishment of the USBP Mission.
Qualifications:
GL-9: You qualify for the GL-9 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as:
· Performing physical searches of detained individuals, their vehicles, and their immediate surroundings for weapons, contraband, currency, and other evidence.
· Apprehending, physically restraining, or working with law enforcement officials to identify or apprehend violators of state, federal, or immigration laws.
· Proficient in the use of firearms, preparing investigative reports, serving court orders (e.g., warrants, subpoenas, etc.), and gathering evidence for criminal cases prosecuted through the court system.
If you have previous or current law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, you may qualify at the GS-11 grade level.
GS-11: You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, with the authority granted by the state or government to enforce laws, make arrests, and investigate crimes, performing primary duties in an official law enforcement capacity such as:
· Utilizing intelligence information to track illegal operations, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or contraband while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
· Leading investigations of fraud, contraband, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or illegal operations to determine sources and patterns while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
· Apprehending violators of state, federal, or immigration laws by utilizing various forms of complex technology that include surveillance, detection, situation awareness systems, and/or communications equipment.
The above experience will be applied in connection with the following: Make arrests and exercise sound judgment in the use of firearms; deal effectively with people in a courteous manner in connection with law enforcement matters; analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions; or develop and maintain contact with a network of informants.
There are no education substitutions for the GL-9 or GS-11 grade-level Border Patrol Agent opportunities.

Border Patrol work requires the ability to speak and read Spanish, as well as English. Border Patrol Agents will be provided training to become proficient in the Spanish language at the Academy.

POSITION PURPOSE: Support positive youth development by promoting structure and accountability to juveniles. Working with juveniles during their community service commitment. Processing and retaining juveniles in a 24 hour holding facility.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
* Assist police officers with the processing and booking of arrested juvenile offenders according to established procedures of the Enid Police Department.
* Fingerprint and photograph juveniles for identification purposes.
* Supervise juveniles being held in the holding facility until such time that they can be released to an appropriate parent or guardian.
* Process all paperwork associated with the day-to-day holding facility operations according to established procedures of the Enid Police Department.
* Maintain the necessary computer data files for the Enid Police Department.
* Serve pre-prepared food to, provide minor medical attention, and occasionally arrange for transport of juveniles.
* Collect and maintain chain of custody requirements for observed urinalysis sample for District Juvenile Drug Court participants.
* Provide direct supervision of juveniles ordered to participate in community service by the City of Enid Municipal Court.
* Prepare documents (i.e. Juvenile Community Service Report, Juvenile Incident Reports) related to the community service program.
* Transport Juveniles in a safe manner to the appropriate locations for community service projects.
* Assist and perform community service work alongside juveniles to model behavior such as work quality and ethics and assure that safety procedures are followed.
* Teach various skills to juveniles to include custodial, lawn care, basic gardening, and other skills as necessary for community projects.
* Maintain confidentiality of records.
* Perform clerical duties and assignments as dictated by the Enid Police Department.
* Provide assistance to other departments as needed.
* Perform other duties as required.

Deliver cognitive performance training, assessment, and educational interventions to optimize aircrew performance.

Develop and deliver content for HP syllabi and courseware, ensuring relevance to cognitive performance and psychological resilience for aircrew.

Responsibilities

The Relationship Banker I is responsible for creating key relationships with Bank customers and prospective customers, and for providing a range of banking services to individual customers with an emphasis on personal finances, lending, and customer service.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Demonstrates passion by building and sharing knowledge of all retail bank products, services and specialty product lines.
Listens to and understands customers' needs in order to make appropriate recommendations, and engage with customers to present and cross sell products and solutions based on their financial needs.
Takes responsibility of all functions related to opening and closing accounts, including assisting customers with the appropriate selection of accounts, performing research of customer accounts, and complying with BSA and CIP requirements.
Advises customers in order to select appropriate consumer loan products. Maintains knowledge of loan policies and procedures, take applications and key into centralized loan system for underwriting, communicate decision to customer, and close and fund consumer loans.
Collaborates with other associates and lines of business to make referrals in order to meet and/or exceed designated individual and branch goals.
Maintains knowledge of all aspects of the teller line including processing transactions, balancing cash drawers, Teller Cash Recyclers (TCR) and vault, and basic branch operations functions.
Adheres to all company compliance and guidelines. Is knowledgeable of procedures and processes affecting the Relationship Banker position. Complies with all security and operations procedures, including but not limited to, maintaining dual control functions, and records administration, including completing various logs and reports.

Qualifications

Supply Technician - CBA - T-6 COMBS (Vance AFB)

JOB DUTIES: Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: * Assists in managing all assigned inventory and equipment. * Arrange/coordinates/expedites flow of material, parts, and assemblies supporting Site COMBS maintenance requirements in accordance with established policies and procedures. * Verify the accuracy of incoming/outgoing shipments by comparing items with manifests and other shipping documents, checks for damaged items, ensures items are properly identified in inventory OJ for distribution to appropriate maintenance activity, and prepares and keeps records of goods received/shipped * Review production schedules and confers with Program Resource Manager, Site Management, and Lead Mechanics to determine parts required or overdue and to locate parts. * Requisitions parts and materials and establish delivery priorities. * Is responsible for ordering, tracking, and ensuring timely delivery of parts required. * Examine parts delivered to verify correctness and serviceability. * Monitors and controls movement of parts in their pair cycle to home office or appropriate repair station. * Completes all required hard and computer documentation. * Assist in managing material and component inventory at site, and process and expedites supply transactions to ensure timely repair and receipt of required items. * Processes supply requests from maintenance technicians * Assist maintenance technicians in the research of parts requests and perform research/validation to backorder non filled issue requests. PRIMARY FUNCTION: Provide high-quality instruction, leadership, and ongoing development for the At-Risk & Adult Welding Program, ensuring students acquire the technical welding skills, safety practices, work-readiness, and critical life skills necessary to maximize their competency, successfully enter the workforce, and pursue long-term career opportunities. The instructor supports the program's mission to guide at-risk learners toward meaningful career pathways and personal growth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with ODCTE and DOC staff; coordinate and participate in annual program review meetings with both partners.
* Deliver engaging, effective instruction aligned with the At-Risk Welding Technology curriculum.
* Maintain accurate attendance records, assessments, and monthly progress reports for the Campus Manager.
* Establish clear short- and long-term program goals and support continuous improvement aligned with industry needs.
* Identify, prepare, evaluate, and share program information with Autry Tech administration as needed.
* Complete all required reports, documentation, and compliance items for Autry Tech and ODCTE.
* Develop and engage an advisory committee to ensure ongoing program relevance and quality.
* Maintain accurate inventory and oversee materials, equipment, and supplies to prevent loss, misuse, or safety risks.
* Participate in ongoing professional development and maintain current industry knowledge.
* Support the maintenance of clean, safe, and high-quality learning facilities.
* Instruct students in proper equipment usage, safety procedures, and care of tools and materials.
* Actively recruit and promote program opportunities to prospective students.
* Collaborate with the Marketing Department to share program updates, successes, and needs with the community.
* Strengthen relationships between the At-Risk Welding Program and local businesses and industries.

QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION: High School diploma or equivalent required. Career Tech certification in Welding or bachelor's degree preferred. Valid 6G welding license from the Oklahoma Department of Labor is required.
SKILLS:
* Strong knowledge of welding processes (MIG, Stick, TIG)
* Ability to deliver instruction to diverse learners, including at-risk individuals

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of five years of verifiable, hands-on welding experience including MIG, Stick, TIG welding processes. Experience working in an industrial, fabrication, construction, or manufacturing environment preferred. Experience maintaining welding equipment, tools, and shop safety protocols preferred.
PHYSICAL FACTORS:
* Position is based in Enid, OK
* Work occurs in an industrial welding environment with exposure to heat, sparks, bright light, welding fumes, metal dust, noise, and moving equipment. Duties may involve intermittent outdoor exposure, temperature fluctuations, and air quality variations typical of welding operations. Appropriate PPE, ventilation, and safety protocols are required.
* Physical demands include periods of standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, crawling, pushing, pulling, reaching, handling, and requires fine motor skills, visual acuity, depth perception, hearing, and hand-eye coordination.
