Overview Good Shepherd Hospice is seeking a compassionate candidate for an On Call Registered Nurse serving patients and their families in Henryetta and surrounding communities. The Hospice RN provides nursing assessment, planning and care to maximize the comfort and health of patients and families in accordance with the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care. On Call Position Previous experience in hospice, home health, or geriatrics preferred Responsibilities Receives patient assignments from the Patient Care Manager or Case Manager. The Hospice RN plans, implements and evaluates the nursing care of Hospice patients, working with families, caregivers and other members of the interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities Coordinates referrals and the communication between Hospice Consultants, the interdisciplinary team and referral sources.
