Job DescriptionDescription: Within the Services Department, the Coordinator - leads the strategic development of the MAPs services statewide as well as the coordination of the seasonal recreation camp services. This position is responsible for extensive traveling across the state of Tennessee several days per week. This position supervises the MAPs Leads as well as Camp Counselors. Lastly, this position is responsible for planning, coordinating, and carrying out the seasonal Recreation Camp services. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Develop the MAPS team through motivational leadership while encouraging their personal and professional goals.
