The Sales Planning Analyst is responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales related data in an on-going effort to increase overall sales productivity. Collect relevant internal. external sales data and economic conditions by channel and region in order to accurately forecast sales. Develop and track key performance indicators considered instrumental in enhancing business understanding and improve decision-making. The Sales Planning Analyst will create both standardized & custom reports, conduct quantitative product & sales analysis; provide support other assistance as necessary assessing future needs and data integrity. Develop standardized tools, methodologies and business processes to improve operational efficiency.

Position Responsibilities may include:
* Create aggregate monthly sales forecast by model for assigned product class
* Prepare monthly inventory plan by model for assigned product class
* Forecast sales demand by product class and SKU
* Prepare monthly inventory plan by SKU
* Prepare and compile sales/margin reports related to assigned product class or requested business unit data
* Maintain distribution warehouse inventory levels based on established lead times while managing within approved budget
* Maintain working relationships with cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency and ensure smooth product flow to the customer
* Manage phase-in and phase-out of new product introductions and transitions
* Analyze large amounts of sales and inventory data to make proficient production decisions at the SKU level
* Collect business intelligence data from available industry reports, public information, field reports, or purchased sources

* Perform validation and testing of models to ensure adequacy and reformulate models as necessary
* Gather, compile and analyze data from various sources, including offsite sales personnel in the field
* Assist in annual planning and preparation of tools
* Create/maintain sales/margin reports that assist key sales management personnel throughout business unit

A Tool & Die Maker is responsible for creating, repairing, and maintaining precision tools, dies, and special guiding and holding devices that allow machines to manufacture a variety of products. This role involves interpreting technical drawings, using computer-aided design (CAD) software, and operating machine tools to cut, shape, and finish metal and other materials
Please note this opportunity is for an afternoon shift (2pm-10am)
* Build new dies and tooling by preparing various materials from drawings and specifications and constructing dies and tooling from prototypes, by lay out, setting up, machining and fitting metal stock.
* Repair and test dies and tooling by layout, setting up machining and finishing metal stock.
* Verify conformance of repaired dies or tooling to specifications by checking dimensions, clearances and alignments, consistently working to close tolerances.
* Operate a variety of machine tools to cut, mill, grind or otherwise repair work piece to prescribed dimensions and finish.
* Operate crane to remove and/or relocate dies to specific work stations/equipment.
* Dismantle and repair or replace die parts, tooling or bender fixtures, fitting and assembling parts and testing repaired dies for proper operation, operating press as required.
* Fit and assemble tools and then test completed tooling for operation by proving out in a press, unit or fixture.
* Provide assistance and guidance to Tool & Die Apprentices. In the process of building tooling, verify tool designs for feasibility and functionality before completion feeding back any modifications or concerns to supervisor.

The Magna Exteriors portfolio of products includes access systems such as liftgates, exterior trim, modular systems, front-end modules including fascia, active aerodynamic systems and other lightweight structural components for automotive, commercial truck and other industrial markets.

Job Responsibilities:
* Must have Associate's Degree in related & technical field of study. Six years work related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree. A combination of schooling toward a degree & work experience will be considered.
* Basic computer knowledge an asset.
* Engineering degree not required but would be an asset
* Minimum two years in a supervisory position.
* Demonstrated organizational and communication skills.
