The Social Media Manager is responsible for tactical execution excellence and accountable for tactical plan delivery. They strategically plan, activate, optimize, and manage social media buys aligned with the communication strategy, customer journey, and audience insights. The Global Media Planner is the cross-channel media planning and orchestration lead across retailer media network accounts. We are seeking a highly skilled, autonomous, and proven Automation Engineer for a critical 4-month consulting engagement. Your mandate is to immediately design, build, and deploy a set of high-priority, AI-enabled workflows across our MarTech, AdTech and Operational Systems (Zapier, Google, Salesforce, etc.).This role requires someone who can rapidly assess complex operational bottlenecks , leverage advanced Zapier features (Code Steps, Webhooks), and integrate Generative AI (OpenAI, ChatGPT, custom APIs) to achieve a measurable and transformative uplift in efficiency for our advertising/marketing agency. What You Will Do:
Workflow Design & Deployment: Rapidly architect and implement complex automation workflows primarily utilizing advanced Zapier features (including Code Steps, Zapier Tables, and Webhooks) to streamline critical agency functions.
AI Integration & Prompt Engineering: Integrate and productionize AI tools (OpenAI GPT or custom LLM endpoints) into workflows to automate key business processes
Critical Systems Automation: Focus on immediate process streamlining in areas like Co-op billing, data-driven reporting automation, Monday.com, onboarding and lead nurturing pipeline synchronization across platforms (e.g., Salesforce integration).
Advanced API Configuration: Independently configure and manage 3rd party business application integrations using advanced API configurations and webhooks (REST, OAuth, JSON handling) across our AdTech stack.
Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Produce clear, robust, and detailed technical documentation for all delivered automations. Provide necessary knowledge transfer and training to internal operational teams before the engagement concludes.
Technical Troubleshooting & Reliability: Ensure all deployed automations are robust, highly available, and error-tolerant, maintaining a high standard of data integrity across all systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify repetitive tasks and opportunities for automation.
Stay ahead of the curve with new AI and automation tools proactively suggest new ways to improve efficiency.
Who You Are:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
5+ years of demonstrable, hands-on experience in workflow automation, with a portfolio showcasing advanced Zapier implementations (e.g., use of Code Steps, complex data transformation within Zaps).
Proven expertise in designing and implementing API integrations (REST, Webhooks, OAuth, JSON handling).
Expert-level understanding of the MarTech/AdTech ecosystem (e.g., Salesforce, Google Marketing Platform, Trade Desk etc.).
Deep experience specifically integrating Generative AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI API, custom LLMs) into automated business workflows.
Basic understanding about AI Agents etc.
Strong technical proficiency in a programming language such as Python or JavaScript to script custom logic within automation platforms.
Exceptional ability to translate complex, unstructured business needs into logical, documented, and production-ready automated workflows.

The Global Ad Ops Manager is proficient in tracking & measurement including setup, QA, pixels, and creative, across various digital media channels and platforms. Strategic Ad Operations:

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is focused on driving new customer acquisition and increasing revenue growth across Goodway Group. Description
As the Senior Partner Sales Manager (Retail), you will spearhead efforts to expand Goodway's retail practice nationally, by forging strategic agency, retail media network, and brand and supplier partnerships. Your primary focus will be on driving growth through a consultative approach, building relationships with key decision-makers, and consistent sales pipeline to achieve sustainable revenue growth. The list of job duties below is not exhaustive; we might need your amazing skill set for other tasks, projects, and initiatives.
What You Will Do
Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue through new business development in the retail media space, especially supplier know-know and familiarity. Craft a business plan focused on prospecting and achieving margin targets through new client and partner engagements.
Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and meet specific sales targets. Own the entire sales process from pitch to launch. Ensure Goodway's services are competitive and compelling.
Strategic Partnership Growth: Build and deepen relationships with strategic and named retail partners to increase Goodway's presence within major retail partners and generate lead flow and differentiation.
Client Transition and Collaboration: Seamlessly transition client relationships to the Client Services team or across broader Goodway Org to deliver the best outcomes for clients. Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver impactful sales pitches that solve clients' core business issues.
Network Building: Cultivate a network of strategic relationships within the marketing leadership ecosystem to enhance Goodway's market presence and influence.
Consultative Selling: Consult with clients to identify their business objectives and marketing challenges. Advise on retail media strategies including onsite and offsite, custom audience and measurement strategies, business analytics and insights, media execution, customer journey mapping, 1st party data utilization, and more. Quickly assess and evangelize what service model will apply to each opportunity.
Industry Expertise: Maintain a strong understanding of changes in our clients' industries and evolving needs. Deep understanding of the evolving retail media landscape, market dynamics, and client needs. Familiarity with emerging trends in retail and shopper marketing and opportunities.
Pricing and Legal Expertise: Lead pricing conversations and contract negotiations for new business wins. Proactively understand and articulate the legal requirements of the client associated with what you are selling.
Industry Leadership: Establish yourself as a knowledge and thought leader across the industry especially within your particular market. Serve as the company spokesperson at key industry events, panels and agency associations.

Who You Are
The Vice President, Media - Retail Media Networks (RMN) is a senior leader responsible for driving media excellence, innovation, and performance across Goodway Group's portfolio of retail media network partnerships. This role oversees all media operations, strategy translation, and performance outcomes across key retailer clients.
As the organization's resident expert in retail media, this leader ensures every retailer-operated network performs at or above expectations, platform and activation best practices are consistently applied, and Goodway's media delivery represents the highest standards of omnichannel excellence. The VP acts as a strategic advisor to retail network executives and internal leadership alike, connecting business objectives to media outcomes while advancing operational maturity, talent capability, and market credibility.
What You Will Be Doing
Media Excellence & Performance
Lead all aspects of RMN media execution across onsite, offsite, and in-store channels.
Establish and enforce operational best practices for campaign activation, pacing, optimization, and QA across all retail networks.
Monitor performance KPIs (ROAS, sales lift, incrementality, deliver-in-full rates, and sell-through) and ensure proactive course correction and learning application.
Drive a test-and-learn mindset and embed data-informed decision-making in all RMN operations.
Platform Leadership & Innovation
Own platform excellence and innovation across all core RMN and ad tech tools (Criteo, CitrusAd, Kevel, LiveRamp, The Trade Desk, Adobe, Google, Meta, and emerging in-store solutions).
Partner across Retailer Product, Tech, and Analytics teams to evaluate and integrate new platforms, data solutions, and clean room technologies that advance retail media performance.
Ensure consistent documentation, workflow optimization, and cross-platform learning across all RMN accounts.
Client Leadership & Partnership
Serve as senior media advisor and performance leader for retail network executives, ensuring clear alignment between retailer business goals and media execution strategies.
Represent Goodway in executive-level client discussions, joint business planning, QBRs, and media innovation reviews.
Deliver proactive, insight-led recommendations to drive network maturity and growth.

Cross-Functional Integration

Partner with PX to define talent pathways, skill development plans, and performance management frameworks for media talent.
Establish succession planning and elevate next-generation media leaders within the RMN organization.
Industry Engagement & Thought Leadership
Represent Goodway's RMN media expertise at key retail media forums, panels, and client-facing events when invited.
Partner with Marketing and Communications to highlight RMN success stories and innovation in-market.
Contribute to POVs, case studies, or client showcases that reinforce Goodway's leadership in retail and commerce media.
What You Bring
12-15+ years in digital media leadership, with deep expertise in retail and commerce media ecosystems.
Proven record of leading large-scale retail media activation, integrating onsite, offsite, and in-store performance strategies.
Hands-on fluency across RMN platforms (Criteo, CitrusAd, Kevel, TTD, LiveRamp, etc.) and KPIs (ROAS, incrementality, sales lift, sell-through).

7+ years of holistic marketing and media experience and strong knowledge of the digital media and programmatic ecosystem.
5+ years of digital marketing/media experience with a heavy focus on strategy and working directly with senior stakeholders.
5+ years with direct client management
You have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities (creative analytics) with the ability to stay on top of client and industry trends to understand market demand and competitive trends.
You have a strong understanding of direct response/performance marketing metrics such as visitor-to-lead and lead-to-sale ratios, sales revenue by channel, cost per lead, landing page conversion rate (CVR%), customer lifetime value (CLV or LTV), LTV: CAC ratios, customer retention rate (CRR), customer acquisition cost (CAC)
