Job Summary
Perform effective, safe and efficient driving duties. Deliver packages to customers on scheduled route while meeting service and performance objectives.
Essential Functions

Collect money from customers
Load and unload assigned vehicle. Ensure all loads are properly secure for transport.
Operate all warehouse equipment/machinery

Help maintain a secure, organized, clean, and safe warehouse and vehicle
Handle all hazardous materials, pesticides, and prescription drugs according to the Company's processes/procedures and applicable laws and regulations
Assure routine maintenance is performed on assigned vehicle per schedule and vehicle is always in a good and safe condition
Adherence with DOT drug & alcohol testing.
Follow all local, state and federal motor carrier laws
Submit all required daily, weekly and monthly compliance reports
Follow company biosecurity policies and customer biosecurity protocols as required.
Assist fulfillment center in daily operations when not performing delivery duties

Job Purpose and Impact
The Food Safety Quality Regulatory Location Lead will provide specialized knowledge of specific segments of quality systems or plant processes such as food safety and quality auditing, instrumentation, specific product line knowledge, computer systems, management or oversight of suppliers and other needed focus areas. Key Accountabilities

Ensure adherence to corporate, regulatory, customer and facility food safety and quality requirements and completion of corrections and corrective actions.
Lead relevant regional, corporate and regulatory food safety focused audits.
Act as food safety team leader, coordinate and lead the food safety team and overseeing the food safety management system and management review.
Manage food and feed safety management system compliance to appropriate government regulations.
Investigate and follow up on food safety incidents that occur in the plant to ensure they are reported and that corrective action and permanent corrections are taken.
Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

YOUR OPPORTUNITY
We have an exciting supervisor of Sanitation Services Supervisor opportunity in our Guymon, Oklahoma, processing facility. In this highly impactful role, you will be one of eight supervisors in the sanitation services department, which is responsible for the cleaning and sanitizing activities for production lines in the harvest and/or fabrication areas of the plant. This position supervises a team of up to ten (10) employees who perform sanitation activities to ensure the plant is cleaned and sanitized to achieve high levels of cleanliness according to the Company's and USDA's standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures an adequate inventory of sanitation supplies, equipment, and chemicals are available for employees to clean and sanitize the facility to the required level.
Provide supervision to the sanitation team, including training, performance evaluations, and coaching, to ensure a high level of performance and adherence to sanitation protocols.
Provides direct supervision and follow-up to maintain accurate documentation and records related to sanitation activities, including cleaning schedules, inspection reports, training records, and regulatory compliance documents.
Stays current and up to date of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in sanitation management as well as communicating all changes to Company policies and protocols to employees .
Ensure team members adhere to safe work practices, follow GMPs, maintain sanitary conditions, and ensure that product quality is not impacted by the activities of the sanitation services department.
Informs senior management of any conditions or practices that may adversely affect food safety, food quality or personnel safety.
Monitor work schedules to ensure manning is at the established standard to meet the daily schedule attainment. Ensures timekeeping records are accurate and employees are paid according to the collective bargaining agreement.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's or associate degree in food science, environmental health, public health, or a related field or equivalent or experience in a food manufacturing facility.
Work experience in industrial sanitation in a food manufacturing facility preferred.
Strong knowledge of sanitation regulations, including those specific to the protein industry.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Proficient computer skills, including experience with sanitation management software and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities
* Manage and deliver strategic IT sourcing events for our clients. Influence stakeholder requirements and negotiate with suppliers to deliver successful commercial and legal outcomes.
* Help Build Genpact brand in the market as the premier sourcing and category management service provider by representation at events, authoring papers, thought leadership in appropriate forums
* Develop and maintain category-specific knowledge assets and market intelligence that capture expertise / best practices
* Support any consulting projects, category assessments, sourcing projects, pre sales activities etc. as needed with IT/Telco category expertise; must be very comfortable in engaging with client's senior management.
* Support revenue growth by leveraging category expertise to support new sales and drive significant client business value

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $128,000 to $145,000.
