The Emergency Family Service Worker will be primarily responsible for the effective and efficient administration of the social services office at the Cleveland Temple Corps; including the food pantry, food distribution, direct assistance and referrals. Direct assistance will be based on the availability of funds. This can include electricity, rent, gas and clothing. Develop and implement the community shower program. Maintain accurate records of all assistance provided for clients serviced. At the end of the week/month, a reconciliation report of assistance will be turned into DHQ. While maintaining the most up-to-date amounts of funds that are still available. Maintain orderly and an up-to-date case file system.
