Under the direction of the Team Leader or Production Team Leader, is responsible for a variety of duties in all departments of the retail warehouse which may include restocking of items in both the textile and miscel production areas, rotating equipment upon team members, and transporting materials as required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
1. Load trucks by placing materials in designated trucks for distribution.
2. Removing/rotating materials and equipment in designated production areas.
3. Rotate stock and equipment on a timely basis and in accordance with established procedures.
4. Keep production area clean, neat, and safe.
5. Transport materials and equipment to appropriate departments and locations including waste and salvage (via truck).
6. Use of equipment as trained and/or certified.
7. Refilling of hangers at hangers stations in textile production area.
8. Maintain well-groomed appearance and appropriate dress code including name badge.
Qualifications
ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
1. Assist in textile and miscel power hour process per established procedure.
2. Responsible for performing their assigned duties within the framework of our Core Principles.
3. Attend in-service and related training as assigned by Team Leader.
4. Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Lead and Production Team Lead.

This position will also assist in the training and development of team members, clients, and volunteers in support of Goodwill's mission.
Essential Functions:
Movement of goods in the store/plant/warehouse to and from storage or production areas, and in the loading and unloading of trucks with general merchandise and donated goods with the aid of material handling equipment.
Ensure the proper handling and processing of incoming donations in and out of the warehouse in accordance with Goodwill policies and procedures including the use of a pallet jack.
Bales salvageable merchandise, identify and demonstrate understanding of items that can be baled together or items that cannot be baled but should be processed separately.
Ability to meet production standards for stemming, hanging, pricing, sorting, stocking, and pulling..
Must ensure that all products are constantly being rotated.
Sort donations according to company guidelines.
Must be able to perform basic calculations to track donations, count production, and ability to price donated goods within Goodwill guidelines.

We are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Warehouse Admin Helper to join the team in Hallandale, FL. This role combines customer service, warehouse support, and delivery assistance, with opportunities to learn directly from mechanics and grow in the company.
Key Responsibilities
Assist mechanics with basic tasks while learning the trade
Provide bilingual customer service (English/Spanish) to walk -in and call -in clients
Assist customers with parts inquiries, merchandise walkthroughs, and service questions
Prepare and deliver golf carts and parts, including loading carts on trailers for delivery
Support warehouse operations, keeping the work environment clean and safe
Help promote services and follow up with customers regarding parts, repairs, and orders
Requirements
Must be fluent in English and Spanish
Must pass a background check and drug test (E -Verify required)
Must be reliable, safety -conscious, and eager to learn
Ability to drive and assist with golf cart deliveries (training provided)
Direct hire position - not through an agency
