General Purpose: In a few brief sentences summarize the primary duties and responsibilities. The Key Holder is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the daily operation of the store and overall customer experience. He/she demonstrates leadership by modelling Goodwill NYNJ CARE service standards to elevate sales performance. This individual will help to train and coach associates to achieve all set expectations. The Key Holder has the ability to execute all operational functions to Brand standards and drive positive customer experiences in the absence of the Store Manager.
Essential Functions: Describe the duties that define the core responsibilities of the job.
Partner with sales specialists and store associates to improve overall customer and donor experience, achieving sales goals and KPIs.
Lead a high performing customer first orientated team. Coach and provide feedback to the team as necessary to ensure all customers and donors serviced in the store are given the full CARE experience in line with brand strategies.
Manage customer flow to ensure the best possible experience and that every customer is engaged.
Lead by example by setting the standard to deliver excellent service to customers.
Drive partnership on the selling floor between sales specialists and store associates.
Develop and retain talented employees, by coaching in the moment and providing feedback to the Store manager to support training and development.
Resolve all customer complaints and issues quickly, efficiently and with respect resulting in an overall positive experience. Partner with the Store Manager where necessary.
In absence of the Store manager, responsible for executing all operations.
Possess a strong understanding of the business and effectively communicate needs and ideas to elevate the business.
Assist Store Manager in driving Goodwill brand loyalty through coaching sales team to share knowledge of Goodwill Rewards program and Mission, consistently educating customers of the benefits of participation.
Possess a thorough understanding of company policies and procedures and consistently follow and enforce company guidelines on operations.
Communicate product needs to the stock team ensuring that flow of product to the floor is quick and efficient.
Ensure the selling floor is neat, clean, organized and reflects the correct visual image at all times.
Ensure presentation of all windows, displays, fixtures and all visual areas are reflective of current visual direction.
Enforce and support Store Manager in holding team accountable to Company policies and procedures.

Scope of Responsibility & Positions Supervised: Where applicable describes level of authority, decision making discretion, consequences of actions, supervisory and fiscal responsibility. Provide metrics where possible. Level of supervision received. Overall responsibility of the store and day to day operations as mentioned above. In addition, the Key Holder will support the store leadership team with employee relations issues as designated.
Report all employee relation issues in a timely and effective manner, partnering with the Store Manager and HR when necessary.
Assist the Store Manager to recruit, train, and develop team ensuring all positions are filled in a timely manner with qualified candidates.
Continually provide feedback to the Store Manager on employee level of proficiency in their role and support with training and development.
Assist in ensuring the integrity of staff's time and attendance.
Ensure Dress Codes and Uniforms are always professional, reflective of Brand image and always adhered to.
Enforce of all company policies and procedures, standards of operations and support leadership team.

Customer Service:
Verbally great customer and offer assistance within 30 seconds.
Inform all customers of weekly sale color and newly produced color, make announcement every 15 minutes.
Offer customer a shopping cart or basket while in the store.
Keep sales floor and fitting rooms clean and free of clutter, hangers and clothes off the floor.
Answer the phone in a professional manner.

Greet all customers with a warm greeting, a smile, eye contact, positive attitude ask each customer if they are a Goodwill Rewards Member, if not, discuss benefits and offer to enroll the customer ask each customer to Round Up their purchase and discuss our Mission.

Essential Functions:
Member Engagement and Goal Support: Assist members in identifying and achieving recovery goals through peer support, person-centered services, and facilitating WHAM and WRAP groups that promote whole-person wellness and recovery planning.

Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:

Experience: Lived experience with mental health recovery is highly valued. Previous experience in mental health, peer support, or social services is preferred. Experience with WHAM and WRAP facilitation is a plus.
Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of the recovery model, peer support principles, and facilitation techniques for WHAM and WRAP groups. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting relationships. Must be comfortable with case management and documentation in electronic health systems.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Publisher), Canva, Adobe software, and basic computer skills for documentation and communication tasks.
Communication and Organizational Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

General Purpose:
Provide paid summer internships under the grant for DVRS Pre-Employment Transition Services. Program is geared for students currently enrolled in school ages 14 to 21 years of age. The Student Interns will gain work experience at an employer site for up to six weeks during summer 2021. The paid internship will be up to 20 hours per week and student will be paid bi-weekly. Each student intern must commit to participating in work readiness classes prior to internship starting and one day weekly work readiness upon start of internship.
Essential Functions:
Participate in work readiness classes to determine a job match prior internship.
Participate in work readiness classes 1x per week once in internship
Able to work for a business/community with minimal job support
Able to travel to and from internship location in the community via public transportation or by own means of transportation(walking, bus, train etc)
Intern will participate in job sampling for the first 3 days.

The Career Navigator is responsible for delivering comprehensive vocational guidance, case management, counseling, and referral services to youth aged 18 to 24 who receive public assistance. The Career Navigator helps youth attain career goals that can lead to self-sufficiency. Must maintain the highest standard of personal conduct and integrity while working with the clientele and relating to other staff members, service providers, and agencies.
Essential Functions:
Performs weekly/daily initial assessments for new clients and ensures that clients have all necessary documents for employment such as valid proof of Citizenship/US residency, work authorization, Social Security Card, valid NYS photo identification, educational and training documents, and updated
resume.
Introduces clients to program services, assessment and career exploration process, program flow, job development and retention.
Develops realistic individual service plans consistent with the clients’ interests, KSA’s, previous work histories, education, and assessment of personal strengths to achieve educational and employment goals.
Provides supportive counseling and guidance services individually or to groups to address barriers to employment and make appropriate referrals to vendor services, agencies, and HRA representatives as required to help overcome these barriers and better prepare clients for employment opportunities.

Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:

To provide individual/group counseling as well as other direct services related to the treatment of individuals with serious and persistent mental illness in a person-centered, recovery-oriented environment. This will be carried out as indicated by NYS OMH Part 512 Regulations
Essential Functions:
Responsibilities will be conducted in accordance with standards and procedures required by funding sources and Goodwill. Tasks will include, but not be limited to, record maintenance, individual and/or group counseling, with participant implement Individual Recovery Plan, provide participant services in specialization areas, such as substance co-occurring disorder, wellness, vocational/employment, family and other related therapeutic and evidence-based services. Records and reports will be kept as assigned and in keeping with program regulations.
Manage a caseload of up to 25 consumers, including case management, collateral contacts, referrals, vocational assistance, and other needs, to coordinate services.
Conduct required assessments including Wellness Recovery Action Plans, Psycho-socials, Psychiatric Rehabilitation, Vocational Readiness, Cultural, and Substance Use screenings and assessment.
Develop Individualized Recovery Plans (IRP) in collaboration with participants, based on the above listed assessments on a quarterly basis, or more often as needed.
Maintain and update demographic, treatment and employment data in electronic health records (Foothold AWARDS, OMH CAIRS database, and NYESS).
Actively participate in maintenance of Seamark PROS assuring cleanliness in the kitchen and common spaces
Develop and facilitate approximately 8 -10 groups, according to protocol and curriculum, which will cover CRS, ORS, IR and Clinical Services as dictated by the IRPs of the program participants.
Conduct individual counseling sessions to assist program participants with attainment of the life role goals specified in their IRPs.

General Purpose:
Coordinate Pre Vocational and/ or Day Habilitation services for a case load of up to 30 individuals with Intellectual Disabilities. Engage each individual in a Person Centered Planning process to identify their goals and implement services and activities that will help them achieve their highest level of independence. Essential Functions:
Complete required documentation (including Habilitation Plans, Monthly Case Notes, Person Centered Plans, New Start Packets, Incident Reports, and other required documentation) to funding source and oversight agency standards within specified timeframes.
Ensure Individual's on caseload meet monthly attendance goals. Prepare monthly attendance report for Program Manager.
Engage each individual in Person Centered Planning. Use their Person Centered Plan and feedback as the basis for developing Habilitation Plans, Goals, Staff Supports & Services, and in group & individual monthly schedule development. Each individual's goals, interests, needs, and skills must be taken into account when developing the schedules.

Visit hub sites & volunteer / internship sites to supervise activities, evaluate individual's progress, and monitor the quality of services/ activities and interactions between Rehabilitations Technicians and individuals.
Responsible for ensuring Rehabilitation Technicians provide daily services as written in the individual's Habilitation Plan and accurately enter time & attendance and services provided to individual's on a daily basis.

Seeking counseling intern for Comprehensive PROS Program. This is a great opportunity to develop counseling abilities and strengthen group facilitation skills. Responsibilities may include developing group curriculums, facilitating various groups, administering assessments inventories; and engaging program participants to PROS services. The intern will also have opportunity to develop knowledge of MH community resources within the city.
Essential Functions:

Facilitate 3-5 weekly groups
Maintain caseload of 3 - 5 participants.
Assist participants with goal setting, development of skills that align with their stated desires or goals.
Provide outreach to members including crisis intervention/prevention as needed.
Document all participant contacts and services provided (daily) in electronic health record in a timely manner.
Maintain monthly contact with other community mental health treatment/service providers for participants on caseload.
Communicate/share participant updates with PROS team as necessary
Participate in staff meetings staff meetings and participant case conferences to strategize, team brainstorming activities, and provide input on an ongoing tasks
Intern will have unsupervised contact with clients
Maintain participant confidentiality in accordance with HIPPA regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned by Program Director or other Administrative Staff.
Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:

Must be flexible, creative and energetic.
Knowledge of MS Office Suite (word, Excel, Outlook).

The CWIC provides work incentives planning and assistance to beneficiaries who receive Social Security Disability Benefits (SSDI/SSI) for our Work Incentive Planning & Assistance (WIPA) program. The CWIC/Benefits Adviser is responsible for obtaining accurate information from Social Security and other State & Local assistance programs in order write a comprehensive individualized Benefits Analysis report (BS&A). The report is then used to counsel and educate beneficiaries about how employment will affect their current benefits (which can also include public and private health insurance as well as other federal, state, and/or local benefits received) so that individuals may make informed choices towards employment and self-sufficiency.

CORE CWIC Essential Functions
Obtains accurate and complete information about benefits, including SSDI, SSI, concurrent (SSDI and SSI), Medicare, Medicaid, private health insurance subsidized housing or other rental subsidies, food stamps, general assistance, workers compensation benefits, unemployment insurance benefits, other federal, state or local supports including TANF.
Maintain communication with Social Security Administration personnel as well as personnel of other state and local agencies
Assists beneficiaries in understanding how work activity could impact their public benefits, including Social Security disability payments, SSI, Medicare and Medicaid, Food Stamps, Housing, Veterans benefits and any other NYC, State & Federal benefits.
Develop accurate and detailed written individualized Benefits Summary and Analysis reports as well as Work Incentives Plans as per SSA guidelines
Enter beneficiary information into National WIPA Database.
Insures confidentiality of all information received or provided.
Maintains and organizes files, drafts and correspondence.
When necessary, refers beneficiaries to Vocational Rehabilitation (VR), Employment Networks (EN’s), DOL one stop career centers as well as other organizations that emphasize/provide seamless employment related and ticket assignments.
Provides ongoing follow-up assistance to beneficiaries who have previously received work incentives planning as needed and provide updates regarding the impact of employment and other changes on benefits and work incentives.
Walk clients through the application process.
Adhere to all Goodwill policies and procedures
Complete continuing education and training necessary to maintain certification.
Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications:

General Purpose:
To provide individual/group counseling as well as other direct services related to the treatment of individuals with serious and persistent mental illness in a person-centered, recovery-oriented environment. This will be carried out as indicated by NYS OMH Part 512 Regulations
Essential Functions:
Responsibilities will be conducted in accordance with standards and procedures required by funding sources and Goodwill. Tasks will include, but not be limited to, record maintenance, individual and/or group counseling, with participant implement Individual Recovery Plan, provide participant services in specialization areas, such as substance co-occurring disorder, wellness, vocational/employment, family and other related therapeutic and evidence-based services. Records and reports will be kept as assigned and in keeping with program regulations.
Manage a caseload of up to 25 consumers, including case management, collateral contacts, referrals, vocational assistance, and other needs, to coordinate services.
Conduct required assessments including Wellness Recovery Action Plans, Psycho-socials, Psychiatric Rehabilitation, Vocational Readiness, Cultural, and Substance Use screenings and assessment.
Develop Individualized Recovery Plans (IRP) in collaboration with participants, based on the above listed assessments on a quarterly basis, or more often as needed.
Maintain and update demographic, treatment and employment data in electronic health records (Foothold AWARDS, OMH CAIRS database, and NYESS).
Actively participate in maintenance of Seamark PROS assuring cleanliness in the kitchen and common spaces
Develop and facilitate approximately 8 -10 groups, according to protocol and curriculum, which will cover CRS, ORS, IR and Clinical Services as dictated by the IRPs of the program participants.
Conduct individual counseling sessions to assist program participants with attainment of the life role goals specified in their IRPs.
Document consumers’ progress towards goals in monthly progress notes and determine the need for addition or subtraction of services offered to each participant on an ongoing basis.
Coordinate treatment including the sharing of Individual Recovery Plans and Progress Notes for participants who are co-enrolled with other agencies.
Provide services according to Evidence Based Practices including Wellness Self Management, Family Psychoeducation (CCFC), Medication Management, Co-occurring Disorders (IDDT), and Supported Employment (IPS).
Coordinate follow-up services once a participant is ready for discharge from the program.
Act as a member of an interdisciplinary treatment team, including participation in weekly administrative, clinical and utilization review meetings.
Assume overall responsibility for maintenance of client records, including timely documentation of services in Electronic Health Record (AWARDS), as required by Medicaid and the Office of Mental Health.
Develop and maintain collateral relationships with consumers’ other providers and family as clinically indicated
Carry a 24 hour support cell phone in rotation with the clinical team.

Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:
Master’s degree in the disciplines of Social Work, Rehabilitation Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Creative Arts (Drama, Music, Dance, Media), or Therapeutic Recreation. Candidate will have or be eligible for licensure, certification or registration in the specified area of expertise. The exception will be a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree for a NYS Registered Nurse. Team-based skills are essential. Previous experience working with individuals with psychiatric/co-occurring disorders preferred. Knowledge of running groups preferred. Computer skills and knowledge of service documentation required. Criminal background check and fingerprinting required; screening for the GSA, OIG and OMIG lists of persons disallowed from working in Medicaid funded programs
Scope of Responsibility & Positions Supervised:
The Recovery Counselor is responsible for participants enrolled in the program and assigned to his or her caseload and all participant activities related therein. The Counselor will be able to function independently and demonstrate sound team skills.
Special Working Conditions:
Field visits to work sites may be required; periodic on-call phone service for participants is required; occasional weekday evening and/or weekend morning is required.
