Job Summary: The ICE-T project is a five-year cluster trial to test if implementation of the ICE Collaborative 10-step process yields better health outcomes than only collecting annual survey data from the student population. The trial will be implemented in 18 “intervention” counties and 18 data collection only (control) counties for a total 36 rural counties to be part of the research. Counties will be selected through a scientific randomization process implemented by the investigative team. Depending upon the selection process, Implementation Network Coordinators will be assigned to multiple counties within the Prevention Lead Organization region with identified intervention and control counties. As this is a research study, protocols for implementation will be prescribed to prevent spillover effects, or contamination, into the control counties.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Facilitate school-based survey completion for all 7th-12th graders at all county middle and high schools each fall, includes managing all pre-survey communication, helping schools administer surveys, and ensuring a student response rate of ~80% or better.
Ensure the completion of monthly process-data survey by a county coalition representative, including information pertaining to cost-benefit analyses.
Oversee the completion of the Implementation Process Assessment with 5-8 prevention coalition members in each county, spring and fall of each year.
Support the investigative team to execute the Implementation Integrity and Consistency Assessment once per year.
Coordinate and conduct two annual local meetings presenting ICE findings/reports (meeting 1) and facilitating community goal setting (meeting 2) each spring with:
Parents and teachers of each of the participating schools in the county,
Groups of county-wide stakeholders including local politicians, policymakers, county health officials, school district officials, law enforcement/justice, etc.,
Note: Each meeting should include extensive advertising activity prior to each meeting (ex. print, radio, tv, school messaging systems, social media, and others) and actively reducing barriers to participant attendance (ex. provision of childcare, food, transportation, etc.).
Conduct social marketing campaigns designed to share the ICE findings and community goals throughout the community.
Attend and participate in monthly local prevention coalition/task force group meetings in which prevention activities are planned/coordinated in each of the targeted counties.
Plan and implement prevention activities established by the local prevention coalition/task force group and through the community goal setting process described above.
Work with local agencies and policy makers to align community policy, practice, and funding to meet prevention goals.
Maintain a connection with the local coalitions committed to advancing prevention activities, including sustaining and growing support for this project.
Participate in bi-weekly calls with the Program Director and other Implementation Network Coordinators, as scheduled.

Job Details:
This is a 1099/per call position
Pay is based solely on the number of calls completed.
Calls start at $35 and go up based on distance traveled
Pay period: Every Friday after the first week worked
Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered.
Call volume is variable but is usually 2-5 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

Must have prior hands on experience with replacing components on laptops and desktops
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must be comfortable with daily local travel

Job Description
As a Retail Operations Specialist - Forklift Operator you would be responsible for the receipt, movement, storage and stocking of materials to meet operational needs in a large warehouse facility and outlet store. Must be able to operate equipment from dock, warehouse, or storage yard, such as a forklift, compactor, bale machine, tipper and hand truck.
Duties will also include but are not limited to:
Move freight, stock, or other materials to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, and/or delivery vehicles by hand or using assigned equipment, ensuring proper sorting and storage by category.
Direct and position receptacles, such as tables, gaylords, bins, totes, or other containers so they can be loaded, including trash receptacles.
Clean, mop, take out trash, de-clutter, reorganize, etc to ensure the warehouse is free from debris, trash and aisle and walkways are clear of hazards or obstacles, as needed or assigned.
Operate fork truck to assist and support with essential materials handling
Load and unload trucks and trailer in accordance with established guidelines.
External Hiring Range: $14.00/hour
Retention Bonus: $500, after successfully completing 6 months of employment.

Qualifications
Previous forklift experience required.
