Easy job
Dirty, poor management that yell at you and they hide out in the office and smoke area
Coworkers, friendly customers
I think CEO cares but she trusts the wrong people. My district managers knows my managers are lazy and passes them on store audits, lies on writeups
Hire better managers who care about people. Hire district manager who checks in and holds the store chief accountable
It was easy
Very poor
My boss will hire blacks but runs them out. I mind my business amd it would be nice to work with people who look like me. No blacks in corporate
Customers, I like my tasks, being on the floor
Flexible hours and days of working
Absolutely no benefits for part time employees, even those with years of service
The only perk of employment is a discount on purchases
