The LCI Team Leader is responsible for supervising a crew of landscape technicians. Works to maintain landscaped grounds to a specified high standard. Goodwill Industries of North Florida has an opening for a Landscape Technician for immediate placement in the Jacksonville/Orange Park area. Job Duties
Grounds maintenance
Identification and removal of plants determined to be weeds in their present locations
Removal of any debris, litter, and trash in and around shrub beds
Supervision of Landscape Technicians
Removal of dead leaves, flowers and other materials, and trimming as instructed
Complaint resolution
Add additional mulch and removing mulch from beds
Assist other staff with other landscaping responsibilities as needed
Minimum Qualifications
High school or GED preferred
Prior landscaping experience required
Valid Florida driver's license required
Must be able to work flexible hours
Prior supervisory experience preferred
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Must be able to perform duties that require a great deal of bending
Able to use edger, leaf blower and lawn mower to maintain grounds
Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
Knowledge of or willingness to learn, use of tools, equipment and supplies relative to landscaping duties

The Retail Team Lead is responsible for assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in the store's daily operation and achievement of sales results. Essential Job Functions
Assists the Assistant and Store Manager with managing the processing of donated materials in a timely manner following the production system.
Assists the management team with obtaining and maintaining the store revenue goals and budgeted expenses.
Ensures compliance with all store policy and procedures as outlined in the Store Manual, the Employee Handbook, and the Worker's Compensation manual.
Ensures proper accounting for all store revenue.
Ensures good customer/donor relations by maintaining high standards of customer service as outlined by the customer service manual.
Under the guidance of the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager assists with training and developing staff in all aspects of their responsibilities, including adherence to all safety and company protocols and procedures promote a safe, productive work environment.
Processes customer transactions by ringing the sale on a cash register, collecting payment, making change, bagging the merchandise and thanking the customer
Assists customers with shopping needs.
Must be able to interact professionally with others in a fast-paced retail environment
Pulls racks for transporting clothing from the back room to the sales floor and places clothes on sales floor racks. Ensures that clothes are placed on sales racks with similar types and colors of clothing.
Rearranges clothing on racks and items on shelves, removes items from the floor, dusts and pulls clothes from racks that are too full to ensure that the sales floor is kept clean, neat and properly displayed.
Greets donors and receives merchandise, providing donor with an itemized receipt, if desired.
Reports known or suspected security and/or theft problems to the Store Manager or other members of management.
Processes donated goods as outlined according to standard operation procedures.
Examines shoes, electrical, and mechanical merchandise and other non-clothing items to determine, appropriateness for sales floor, in accordance with established standards.
Must be able to handle customer or donor complaints in the absence of the Assistant or Store Manager
Will bring all policy violations are employee relations issues to the attention of the Assistant Manager and/or Store Manager to handle.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW The Refugio Unaccompanied Children Shelter and Foster Care Program is a 24-hour program that serves young persons in immigration custody who are awaiting release to their sponsors. POSITION OVERVIEW Lead Clinicians conduct mental health assessments for all unaccompanied children (UC) in care, as well as provide ongoing individual and group counseling just as Clinicians, but with the added responsibilities of coordinating clinical services, training new clinicians, and supervising clinical staff. Lead clinicians are designated when more than one clinician is on staff at a care provider facility. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Utilize trauma theory and brief therapeutic techniques to work with unaccompanied children entering the United States during a typical stay of 30-35 days.
Conduct mental health assessments of all children admitted to the UC program as well as provide ongoing individuals and group counseling, screening for human trafficking concerns.
Provide ongoing individual and crisis intervention.
Prepare goal-oriented diagnostic assessments, group counseling, staff training and program enrichment.
Provide guidance to all members of the program staff.
The Lead Clinician will carry up to nine cases, with additional supervisory and management responsibilities.
Upon request, this role may be required to travel with UC, 14 and under, to locations in the United States.
Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Master's degree in Social Work, LMFT, Counseling, or other relevant behavioral science in which clinical experience is a program requirement.
Substitution: Bachelor's degree in one of the aforementioned behavioral sciences plus seven years of clinical employment experience in behavioral sciences.
Experience: Five years of postgraduate direct service delivery experience, group and individual counseling, and related treatment services
Credentials: Must be licensed within their state of residence to practice therapy. A copy must be provided to HR. Supervisor licensure is preferred.

JOB SUMMARY
The Fleet Supervisor will oversee and maintain the organizations fleet of vehicles, and the staff who drive these vehicles

This role ensures that vehicles are safe, reliable, and cost-effective, while supervising drivers and fleet staff, maintaining compliance with regulations, and optimizing fleet operations to support business needs.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversees the day to day workflow of the transportation department and staff
Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive
Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed in accordance with company policy
Will coordinate with the various departments that require transportation services to ensure smooth and safe delivery of personnel and materials
Will conduct monthly trainings that focus on defensive driving and safe handling of materials and personnel.
CORE DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develops schedules and procedures, and ensures adherence to routine maintenance and repair of all vehicles as needed
Develops and use regularly scheduled loop routes for routine client transportation needs. Schedule non-routine trips as needed and needs of the organization demand.
Collaborates with staff to manage and reduce expenses such as fuel and labor costs and provide reports to senior management
Establishes a schedule for recommended replacement of vehicles as they age out
Ensures that all required safety equipment is present and available in each vehicle and that safety routines for transporting passengers as well as cargo are utilized
Drafts and implements departmental budgets in line with the overall goals of the organization's needs
Develops and enforces procedures, policies, and safety protocols for all fleet services staff
Holds monthly trainings with all transportation staff and provides documentation of participation to senior management
Utilizes Uber Business software for selected events. This includes, booking trips, coordinating with passengers, tipping drivers post trip, preparing invoices and reports for tracking this service.
Utilizes telematics software and equipment to monitor driver compliance with organizational policies and procedures
Monitors fuel consumption and purchase and provide reports to senior management
Ensures that all documentation regarding seatbelt use
Will lead and/or participate in devotions, prayers, or other ministry activities ex. outreach events
Must be in agreement with and sign The Caring Place Statement of Faith
Performs other related duties as assigned
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Requires a High School diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
Must have a minimum of five (5) years' experience in fleet maintenance or repair, with two years in a supervisory role required
Must be computer literate have experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook) or similar software
Valid driver's license
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position is both office and field work related.
Must be able to sit for extended periods, working on a computer
Must have the ability to lift and/or pull objects weighing up to 75 pounds
