Assumes full responsibility for the operation of a Goodwill Retail Store when the Manager is not on duty . Responsible for leading , motivating, coaching and training the store employees while achieving and maximizing sales goals in compliance with company goals, policies and procedures .

The Program Supervisor maintains day-to day oversight of the quality and quantity of assessment services delivered in the Youth Screening Program. Program Supervisor participates in program development and implementation of quality assurance standards and serves as a lead management staff member. Ensures good management and leadership practices are maintained within the program. We are looking for a Youth Screening Program Supervisor who must have: Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, criminology or closely related field, Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred. Three (3) years of professional experience working with youth and criminal justice, social services or education or a master's degree from an accredited college or university in criminal justice or social services can substitute for 1 year of required work experience. Must possess a valid Florida Driver's License and Auto Insurance coverage. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Makes daily assignment of staff to ensure adequate staffing. Participates in daily briefing in the program including providing status reports. Completes required paperwork within assigned times accurately and legibly. Coordinates, directs, and monitors daily workload for staff. Serves as a backup for Youth Screening Specialist during vacancies and absences. When necessary, performs all duties of Youth Screening Specialist. Attends and successfully completes all training required by contract and other training as assigned and required. In case of an emergency, will use the Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Automatic External Defibrillator (AED), and First Aid techniques and procedures taught during certification training. Ensures that all Central Communication Center (CCC) reportable incidents are reported on a timely basis. Completes all documentation and keeps administration informed of any issues. Assists leadership or DJJ administration with internal investigations as needed. Reviews all daily program reports and logs completed by staff each working day for timeliness and accuracy. Ensures self and subordinate staff use and review all relevant JJIS and DFMS reports. Serves as a second reviewer of the Detention Risk Assessment Instrument (DRAI) and reviews paperwork prior to submission to Court. Attends required meetings. The JDAP Supervisor is responsible for daily operations of JDAP while continuously working to adhere to the mission and vision of the organization. The role requires a mastery of policies and procedures, training requirements, and local resources to guide staff in providing quality services to families. We are looking for a Supervisor who must have: Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, criminology or closely related field, Masters preferred from an accredited college or university. Three (3) years of experience working with juvenile populations with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity, or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. Must possess a valid Florida Driver's License and Auto Insurance coverage. Job Duties and Responsibilities: Complete initial reviews of all referrals for program appropriateness and continue to review cases per contract requirements. Become familiar with agency contract goals and requirements and to ensure staff performance toward those goals Provide crisis management, debriefing, and consultation to staff when necessary. Ensure program staff comply with regulations and timelines of funding sources, Quality Improvement goals and contract standards Ensure all invoicing is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure all scorecard and survey information has been completed accurately and in a timely manner. Use discretion to close cases successfully or unsuccessfully. Train and mentor, all staff, new and current, on agency policies, procedures, and rules Demonstrate advanced skills in communicating with, motivating, training, and evaluating staff, and is expected to meet regularly with each staff to under supervision to monitor and mentor performance Identifies performance needs of case managers and other assigned staff and develops and implements plans for performance improvement. Identify program needs, goals, priorities, and service gaps in collaboration with staff. Create and execute action plans to address findings. Remain aware of trends, opportunities, and challenges within agency's client population by networking at community meetings. Attend stakeholder meetings, including but not limited to Juvenile Justice Council Meetings and other community provider meetings. Perform all other related duties as assigned.
