Description of Responsibilities: Provide Great customer service skills to the stores, admin, and all other vendors/donors. Under the direction of the Janitorial Services Manager and the Pressure Washing Supervisor, the Pressure Washing Technician is responsible for operating, all equipment used in pressure washing. Also responsible for the set-up of each scheduled job, performs manual work associated with all pressure washing activities, and ensuring that all safety and quality policies are followed. Required Experience: High school diploma or GED preferred. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Good customer service and communications skills; two years of verifiable work experience preferred; Ability to operate small engine driven equipment; Industry knowledge, skills and abilities preferred; Interpersonal knowledge, skills and abilities needed. Required skills: Ensures all safety policies and guidelines are followed. Must be able to safely use and follow instructions regarding pressurized liquids and chemicals commonly used in pressure washing. Ensure that all quality standards and customer expectations are met. Operate all pressure washing equipment and accessories. Pressure clean surfaces that have been contracted for cleaning. Loads and unloads equipment and supplies from trucks. Inspect all work prior to demobilizing and leaving a job site to ensure that all of the work has been completed. Regular and timely attendance. Performs other duties as assigned. Adjust or set mechanical controls or components for proper operation. Inspect all equipment for proper configuration and working conditions. Clean equipment. Ability to walk, kneel, climb, stand, stoop, crouch, reach, push, pull and do related physical activities necessary in performing job duties. Ability to perform manual tasks related to the operation and moving of heavy equipment, hoses and work appliances. Perform physical labor tasks and to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., and occasionally safely lift and move equipment and supplies weighing up to 100 pounds. Use hand or power tools. In case of an emergency, will use the Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Automatic External Defibrillator (AED), and First Aid techniques and procedures taught during certification training. Ensures that all Central Communication Center (CCC) reportable incidents are reported on a timely basis. Completes all documentation and keeps administration informed of any issues. Assists leadership or DJJ administration with internal investigations as needed. Reviews all daily program reports and logs completed by staff each working day for timeliness and accuracy. Ensures self and subordinate staff use and review all relevant JJIS and DFMS reports. Serves as a second reviewer of the Detention Risk Assessment Instrument (DRAI) and reviews paperwork prior to submission to Court. Attends required meetings.
