Generate packaging labels and postage. * Package and prepare all orders for shipment. Handle fragile items with care while keeping refund rate less than 1%. Ship all packages within 5 business days. Keep shipping areas stocked with boxes and other packing items by keeping an updated inventory of packing materials. * Scan incoming product and lists books and media online with accurate descriptions, including damages. Ship all books and media within 1 business day. * Provide excellent customer service by answering incoming emails within 48 hours of receipt. Cross train to become proficient in other E-Commerce positions and assist in those areas when necessary. Attend meetings and training as required. Maintain acceptable attendance, personal hygiene, and dress code standards including wearing company issued name tags. Clean up all work areas at the end of each shift.
