Who will you be working with? You will be working with the operations team at our Schaefer Equipment manufacturing operation in Warren, OH, in the manufacturing of forgings and other parts used in rail and industrial applications. How will you make a difference?
As a member of the Schaefer Equipment group, you will be responsible for managing departmental operations, supervising production personnel, and ensuring efficient use of materials and equipment. You will support the team by setting production schedules, training staff, and maintaining safety and quality standards. What will your typical day look like?
