JOB SUMMARY:
The Excel Center is the first Free in-seat High School for adult learners 22 years of age and older in Colorado who have not earned a high school diploma.
Teachers hold primary responsibility for the implementation and development of The Excel Center curriculum and the success of its students. We seek teachers who are committed to continuously improving curriculum and instruction through collaboration as part of a team. The Teacher will facilitate learning for students attending Excel Center, meeting students “where they are”. They will employ a student-centered approach effectively tailoring the instructional strategies to the individual students' needs approaching instruction with grit, creativity, and innovation. Strategies may include but are not limited to direct instruction, one-on-one instruction, seminars, self-paced lessons, and online learning environments. Teachers employ high-impact instructional practices and motivational techniques. The position will work with the instructional team in meeting the educational objectives and adhering to the Colorado State Standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Implement curricula and activities to meet academic standards; build lessons around student needs, including online learning tools and content.
• Design and implement assessments that measure progress toward academic standards; be accountable for students' mastery of Colorado Academic Standards.
• Track and analyze classroom data; use attendance and assessment data to refine curriculum and inform instructional practices to achieve learning goals.
• Focus constantly on student learning; think critically and strategically to respond to specific student learning needs across ability levels.
• Participate in collaborative curriculum development, grade-level activities, and school-wide functions aimed at improving student retention, productivity, school culture, and new student orientation.
• Communicate student progress effectively with students and colleagues; collaborate with staff/student support specialists to ensure student success.
• Work with student support specialists and leadership staff to support students' progress toward graduation and postsecondary planning.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

JOB SUMMARY:

JOB SUMMARY:
The Case Manager I, TANF exists to support Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) participants as they address barriers and seek new ways to reach their highest level of personal and economic independence. This position collaborates with program participants on a plan to assist them in obtaining employment and becoming self-sufficient. To include assessing the participant's education, work experience, and barriers in order to provide supportive counsel regarding occupational choices and opportunities. To arrange support services, including childcare, and monitor the delivery of services and the participant's progress through programming.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Case Management Tracking, Documenting, and Reporting:
Intake: Gather demographic information about the participant, identify any immediate needs, and begin to establish trust and build a relationship. This first interaction is helpful for a case manager to determine if a participant would benefit from the services your organization offers. If they would, they then move on to assessing the participant's individual needs. If their needs fall outside your organization, the case manager works to identify and refer the participant to an outside community resource.
Assessment: The Assessment stage builds on the information collected during the Intake stage, going into greater depth on the participant's individual challenges and goals. During this stage, a case manager's primary objective is to identify a participant's barriers, interests, and risks to success. While every participant goes through this stage when they first come to an organization, it's important to reassess every 30-45 days.
Service Planning: The Service Planning stage is particularly important to the success or failure of a participant. A Case Manager establishes specific goals and the actions that will be taken to meet those goals. The result of this goal-setting process is a case plan inclusive of outputs and outcomes that will measure a participant's success. A service plan should be both achievable and measurable.
Monitoring and Evaluation: Evaluation is critical to understanding the impact specific programs and services have on a participant. Using the output and outcome metrics defined in the previous stages, a case manager should continuously monitor and evaluate a participant's progress. Evaluation and data ensure participant success is quantified and qualified rather than simply anecdotal. Accountable for Administrative duties of data tracking systems: CBMS, Excel, Outlook, and other tracking systems. JOB SUMMARY:

Prepare items for store rotations and recycling procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Ensure all recycled materials and trash bins do not become overfilled.

JOB SUMMARY:
The E-Commerce Associate's role will support Goodwill's mission by generating revenue to help people overcome barriers to economic and personal independence through education, training, and job placement programs. The Associate will work in a fast-paced production and team-oriented environment and will be responsible for listing quality high-end products, taking quality photos of products to be used in listings and posting them on Shopgoodwill.com, our E-Commerce website. JOB SUMMARY:
The Supervisor III, Community Programs provides program support to ensure the needs of the participants are being met in order to maximize their fullest potential in their program environment. This individual will be responsible for providing directions and guidance to staff, as well as contractors.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Staff Supervision and Support:
The Program Supervisor will ensure that all staff are present for work and accountable. The incumbent will provide staff assistance with problem solving conflicts concerning the Case Management Agency (CMA) providers, parents, guardians, or participants and when necessary, the Program Supervisor will also provide conflict resolution. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring all appropriate paperwork for CARF and CMA is turned in on time to meet established due dates. The incumbent will maintain and approve timecards, mileage reports, and time off request for their director report. The Program Supervisor is also responsible for completing performance evaluations at 90 days and annual reviews providing timely feedback and guidance for performance development for direct reports.
Budgeting and Billing:
The Program Supervisor is responsible for authorizing all expenses required for programming and approving expense reports. In addition, the incumbent must review monthly budget analysis to ensure the assigned program is within the allotted budget. When the budget allows, the Program Supervisor will also determine individual bonuses and merit increases when appropriate.
The incumbent is responsible for all billing within their assigned program. The individual will then complete monthly Outcome reports based off the revenue, utilization, or data required.
For Residential Services, the incumbent is responsible for ensuring that contractors complete log notes and complete payment for services process based of those services.
Team Support:
As a member of the Community Impact Division, the Program Supervisor will attend intakes and trainings, when necessary, participate in Supervisor and staff meetings. The incumbent will ensure coverage when staff is absent. The Program Supervisor must maintain a good working knowledge of Medicaid and CARF Regulations. The incumbent will also perform all the extra duties as assigned.
Relationship Management:

Duties include:
Provide wayfinding and customer services to the general public ( restroom, parting locations, etc.).
Manage the Queue (Line) systems at each of the TSA security checkpoints including verification of appropriate credentials prior to entering into the queue systems.
Checkpoint Diverting: Maintain equal utilization of all TSA security checkpoints by diverting passengers to the checkpoints with the lowest wait time, being mindful of passenger walk times required to move from one location to another.
Data Metrics: Log and report checkpoint data metrics to include checkpoint wait times, available screening lanes, travel document check positions, and other checkpoint data.

Daily Living Instruction:
The Life Skills Mentor will be responsible for creating, implementing, and instructing daily living skills in the Possibilities Apartment. Activities include but are not limited to teaching safety skills in the kitchen, basic cooking and entertaining skills, sewing, and learning how to do laundry. The incumbent will assist all clients in their scheduled areas to participate in activities and help them achieve their personal goals. Creating instructional learning areas will include working with assistive technology equipment to enhance independent learning. The Life Skills Mentor will be responsible for ensuring the apartment is a safe and healthy environment at all times. The Life Skills Mentor will work closely with the Possibilities team to bring in members of the community to assist with the apartment and work with volunteers on certain projects. The incumbent will also create various community activities coinciding with instructional learning in the apartment.
Possibilities Team Support:
As a member of the Possibilities Team, the incumbent will participate in staff meetings as directed. The Life Skills Mentor will also teach proper work habits, interaction, and self-help skills through role modeling and programmatic intervention. The incumbent will also fill in for other positions as needed and perform additional duties as assigned by management. The Life Skills Mentor may be requested to assist in the provision of ancillary services to program participants: including necessary help with toileting, transferring, lifting, and other hygiene concerns; assist program participants with transitioning smoothly into daily programming.

The person's employment shall be conditional upon a satisfactory criminal background check. Any criminal background check conducted pursuant to this subsection (4) shall include but need not be limited to arrests, conviction records, and the disposition of any criminal charges. The department shall require the person to have his or her fingerprints taken by a local law enforcement agency. The local law enforcement agency shall forward those fingerprints to the Colorado bureau of investigation for the purpose of fingerprint processing utilizing the files and records of the Colorado bureau of investigation and the federal bureau of investigation. Provider shall ensure that all assigned staff have undergone background checks with the Colorado Bureau of Investigation, and have been fingerprinted and are approved to work with children. The CDE is clear in its requirements and intent that the Provider is required to ensure all its employees (and/or subcontractors) who will interact with students will be fingerprinted and background checked pursuant to CDE licensure procedures. a) The Contractor shall not utilize, in the performance of this contract, any laborer or employee who has been convicted of a violent crime or a crime of such nature (i.e. child related offenses) as to categorize the person as being unsuitable for working around school children, or has engaged in such conduct, in the last five years, as to be similarly categorized. JOB SUMMARY:
The Assistant Manager, Retail Center will manage the daily operations of a Retail Center, in an Assistant Manager role. The Assistant Manager acts as Retail Center Manager in the Manager's absence.
As a Retail Center Assistant Manager, you will support your Retail Center's responsibility for meeting financial goals to generate the income and donations necessary to support the mission operations and community programs provided by Goodwill of Colorado. Assistant Managers must be empowering leaders who not only have the ability to operate and manage several diverse departments within the Retail Center but also have the ability to inspire and develop their staff. Assistant Managers must be hands-on professionals who take an active role by “rolling up their sleeves” to achieve success.
The Assistant Managers will be held accountable for their performance and along with their Retail Center Manager will be held accountable for the performance of their Retail Center. An Assistant Manager must have the ability to accomplish profitability through managing daily operations such as merchandising, donation collection, loss prevention, point-of-sale systems, product quality control, product ‘sweet-spot' pricing, build community rapport, and customer relations with an ‘Attitude of Gratitude', and empower staff and employees to create and accomplish both professional and personal goals. Directly responsible for the hiring, performance management, employee goal setting and recommendations toward termination related to the employees in at least one (1) department.
