Position Description
OBJECTIVE:
Perform specific assigned janitorial duties on commercial or other contracts while working to ensure contractual expectations are met or exceeded.
QUALIFICATIONS
A High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred; 18 years old. **Background check required per contract requirements (see below for background check requirements)**
The incumbent must conduct self in a professional manner conducive to a productive work environment, demonstrate good judgment, responsibility and initiative. The incumbent must possess knowledge of basic janitorial services. It is preferred that the incumbent have knowledge of floor care and types of floors, demonstrate the ability to work with various types of internal and external customers.
The Janitor must be able to lift, bend, stoop, walk and stand for extended periods of time and have the ability to lift heavy items if required.
Must have the ability to travel between multiple worksites during the second shift (3:00pm-11:30pm). Incumbent may work weekends and holidays as well as performing other duties as assigned.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Custodial Support
The Janitor will perform necessary janitorial duties assigned during shifts to the standard in the Statement of Work. Duties will include: cleaning bathrooms and showers, sweeping, mopping and buffing floors, cleaning mirrors, windows and glass doors, stairwells and walls, emptying trash, vacuuming carpets and addressing immediate needs of the customer.
Overall Support and Quality Focus
The Janitor will ensure all work is performed in accordance with the Statement of Work, quality procedures are adhered to, wearing appropriate badges per the contract. In addition, attend training as required for job specific requirements to ensure customer satisfaction.
Relationship Management
The Janitor will report to work prepared to accomplish duties as assigned and consistently communicate areas of concern or issues in an appropriate and timely manner to Supervisor / Site Manager for resolution.
**13.2 Background checks are required by Utilities for specific projects, it is the responsibility of Contractor to conduct a 7 year criminal background check on each employee working on a project and forward the results to the designated Utilities' representative. JOB SUMMARY:
The Case Manager I, Community Programs, develops and implements a person-centered program for all assigned clients to achieve their individual goals, and provides intensive support services to develop the abilities necessary to maximize their independent functioning in a work and community environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Case Management:
The Community Programs Case Manager I, will provide direction, supervision, and case management for all assigned clients. The incumbent will complete an initial person-centered plan and assessment, develop and implement an individual program plan, and document progress for the client. The Case Manager I, is also responsible for acting as the Chair for annual staffing meetings of unfunded clients and will function as part of the Interdisciplinary Team to plan and develop the person-centered program. The incumbent must plan ancillary activities for clients to include special staffing and initiate appropriate referrals for special services when necessary. It is critical that the Case Manager I, have the ability to encourage independence by assisting clients in problem-solving their personal and work-related problems by using accepted and innovative rehabilitation techniques and maintaining a proactive environment. In addition, the incumbent will teach proper work habits, interaction skills, and self-help skills through role modeling and programmatic intervention. It may also be necessary for the Case Manager I, to assist with medication administration, assist with assigned consumer transportation by completing all consumer pick-ups and drop-offs, and assist in any needed personal care of the consumer/client.
Client Care:
The Case Manager will be an active member of the team and will assist team members with all client care as needed. The client's care will include Activities for Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs). The incumbent will assist the clients with the following ADLs: transferring, mobility, eating, toileting, administrating medications, and administrating gastrostomy tubes (g-tubes) services. The incumbent will assist the clients with the following IADLs: managing transportation, lunch preparation and set up, and managing communication. The incumbent will provide supervision at the beginning and end of the day to ensure the safety of clients when both exiting and entering the facility and transportation. The incumbent will also assist the clients during lunchtime, as needed, to ensure protocols are followed thoroughly.
Client/Program Tracking and Reporting:
The Case Manager I, must complete all necessary documentation, e.g. incident reports, program plans, charting, file reviews and final reports. It is critical that the incumbent maintain complete and accurate records and statistical data as required for all programs.
Relationship Management:
The Case Manager I, will communicate and coordinate with other involved agencies and support personnel, e.g., residential staff, Case Management Agency, parents and guardians, The Department of Vocational Rehabilitation, and schools. The incumbent will keep the Program Coordinator informed of progress, considerations, and pertinent information. The Case Manager I, will deal effectively and calmly with non-routine situations following accepted guidelines and perform other duties as required by the Supervisor III, Program Coordinator
Research and Industry Involvement:
The Case Manager I, is required to research and keep updated by reading trade journals as needed to be aware of trends, theories, or initiatives within Case Management and other applicable within the industry. The incumbent will seek out seminars and symposiums for ideas and stay current with trends in new software, tools, and resources available. The Case Manager I, must also maintain a working and current knowledge of 1205 Rules and Regulations, and Standards of the CARF and a good working knowledge of Goodwill of Colorado's policies and procedures.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Manager II, E-Commerce, is responsible for day-to-day operations of E-Commerce and general management of staff and warehouse operations. JOB SUMMARY:

JOB SUMMARY:
The Supervisor III, Community Programs provides program support to ensure the needs of the participants are being met in order to maximize their fullest potential in their program environment. This individual will be responsible for providing directions and guidance to staff, as well as contractors.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Staff Supervision and Support:
The Program Supervisor will ensure that all staff are present for work and accountable. The incumbent will provide staff assistance with problem solving conflicts concerning the Case Management Agency (CMA) providers, parents, guardians, or participants and when necessary, the Program Supervisor will also provide conflict resolution. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring all appropriate paperwork for CARF and CMA is turned in on time to meet established due dates. The incumbent will maintain and approve timecards, mileage reports, and time off request for their director report. The Program Supervisor is also responsible for completing performance evaluations at 90 days and annual reviews providing timely feedback and guidance for performance development for direct reports.
Budgeting and Billing:
The Program Supervisor is responsible for authorizing all expenses required for programming and approving expense reports. In addition, the incumbent must review monthly budget analysis to ensure the assigned program is within the allotted budget. When the budget allows, the Program Supervisor will also determine individual bonuses and merit increases when appropriate.
The incumbent is responsible for all billing within their assigned program. The individual will then complete monthly Outcome reports based off the revenue, utilization, or data required.

As a member of the Community Impact Division, the Program Supervisor will attend intakes and trainings, when necessary, participate in Supervisor and staff meetings. Prepare and review quality metrics. Report serious or repeated failures or unreliability in quality of products. Recommends corrective actions or plans/programs for overall defect reductions in products.
Maintain test equipment and cleanliness of the Quality Assurance Lab that include responsibility for in-house calibration program.
Investigate root cause and corrective actions.
Assist with auditing, writing, revising and verifying quality standards and developing forms and instructions for recording, evaluating and reporting quality data, as well as participate in audits related to Environment, Health and Safety programs.
Monitor performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Assistant Manager, Retail Center will manage the daily operations of a Retail Center, in an Assistant Manager role. The Assistant Manager acts as Retail Center Manager in the Manager's absence.

To increase the quality of life through promotion of independence within the home by assisting with personal care, health maintenance activities and homemaker services. Perform direct care services to client as directed by client and IHSS Nurse.
Pay: $17 per hour

QUALIFICATIONS
A High School Diploma or GED. A valid Colorado driver's license or ID, without a history of violations with current automobile insurances on the vehicle if ever transporting client is also required. If you have an out of state driver's license you must obtain a valid Colorado driver's license within 30 days of employment. It is required to have a Smart Phone to utilize YLYW's telephony system to clock in and out when providing services.

Client/Program Tracking and Reporting
The IHSS Attendant will complete telephony time keeping accurately and punctually, complete incident reports as deemed necessary, submit progress notes, changes in condition and report important changes observed in the client's home.
Relationship Management
The IHSS Attendant will involve the client in all activities, encourage individual independence in the performance of all tasks, communicate in a timely manner and keep the IHSS RN informed of progress, considerations and any pertinent information regarding the client's care. The incumbent will deal effectively and calmly with non-routine situations following accepted guidelines and perform other duties as required by the IHSS RN, participating in staff meetings and trainings as required. The incumbent will also maintain good working knowledge of Discover Goodwill's policies and procedures, performing additional related duties as requested by the IHSS RN.
Research and Industry Involvement
The IHSS Attendant will participate in training classes and receive additional training as needed (12 hours annually); use conferences and meetings to expand knowledge and skill and ensure updated knowledge of policies.

(C) The cost of such inquiry shall be paid by either the home care agency or the individual seeking employment.
