JOB SUMMARY:
The Janitor, State Set Aside will perform specific assigned janitorial duties on-site at the assigned location while working to ensure Goodwill standards are met or exceeded.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Work with a team.
Vacuuming hard floor and/or carpet surfaces.
Cleaning stairwells using a backpack vacuum.
Mop hard floor surfaces and stairwells.
Empty trash and clean trash bins.
Clean and disinfect hard surfaces.
Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
Dust furniture and window ledges.
Clean and disinfect restrooms and showers, both manually and with machinery, as applicable.
Clean mirrors and empty trash in restrooms.
May occasionally move heavy items, such as furniture.
Identify and report possible repairs.
Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours.
Contribute to a safe working environment for customers and fellow employees.
QUALIFICATIONS:

OBJECTIVE:
To increase the quality of life through promotion of independence within the home by assisting with personal care, health maintenance activities and homemaker services. Perform direct care services to client as directed by client and IHSS Nurse.
Pay: $17 per hour

QUALIFICATIONS

It is required to have a Smart Phone to utilize YLYW's telephony system to clock in and out when providing services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
Client Care
The IHSS Attendant will plan with the client on how best to carry out the required tasks and functions, organize the tasks within the care plan and perform the care plan tasks; {i.e. personal care, health maintenance activities and homemaker tasks}. and keep appropriate records, assist with activities, meals and snacks and communicate with medical and other professionals and caregivers to implement necessary changes, confirm treatment or handle emergencies. The incumbent will recognize the importance of a clean, healthy environment in performing household task; take measures to keep the home in a safe condition and respect the confidentiality of the client.
Client/Program Tracking and Reporting
The IHSS Attendant will complete telephony time keeping accurately and punctually, complete incident reports as deemed necessary, submit progress notes, changes in condition and report important changes observed in the client's home.
Relationship Management
The IHSS Attendant will involve the client in all activities, encourage individual independence in the performance of all tasks, communicate in a timely manner and keep the IHSS RN informed of progress, considerations and any pertinent information regarding the client's care. The incumbent will deal effectively and calmly with non-routine situations following accepted guidelines and perform other duties as required by the IHSS RN, participating in staff meetings and trainings as required. The incumbent will also maintain good working knowledge of Discover Goodwill's policies and procedures, performing additional related duties as requested by the IHSS RN.
Research and Industry Involvement
The IHSS Attendant will participate in training classes and receive additional training as needed (12 hours annually); use conferences and meetings to expand knowledge and skill and ensure updated knowledge of policies.

**Per the State regulation (6 CCR 1011-1 Chap 26) 6.3 Criminal history record checks:

JOB SUMMARY:

JOB SUMMARY:
The Retail Production Associate I will primarily work in a production environment processing and sorting donated items following company quality standards and guidelines to determine which items will be placed on the sales floor to be sold. This process includes pricing and testing guidelines as required. The Associate is responsible for ensuring the sales floor area is well stocked with product in an organized and presentable fashion. JOB SUMMARY:
The Material Handler I, Operations (Ops) will work primarily in an assigned production and/or warehousing environment, operating heavy equipment, to move, store and retrieve in production areas of outlet and recycling following Goodwill of Colorado's warehousing, material handling procedures, and recycling guidelines. This role will be in contact with customers, and we will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by greeting customers in a welcoming manner and responding timely and professionally to customer inquiries.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Use and become certified on compactor, baler, hand dolly, pallet jack, or other equipment/tools to effectively move, store, and retrieve product.
Tip in the Outlet production area and sort recyclable materials, based on type, into their proper bins.
Ensure that all areas of production have sufficient materials to work with.
Prepare items for store rotations and recycling procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Ensure all recycled materials and trash bins do not become overfilled.
Complete all duties and responsibilities in accordance with department and organization policies and procedures so there is no lapse of work to minimize down time.
Help provide a safe working environment for you, customers, and fellow employees.

JOB SUMMARY:
The E-Commerce Associate's role will support Goodwill's mission by generating revenue to help people overcome barriers to economic and personal independence through education, training, and job placement programs. The Associate will work in a fast-paced production and team-oriented environment and will be responsible for listing quality high-end products, taking quality photos of products to be used in listings and posting them on Shopgoodwill.com, our E-Commerce website. JOB SUMMARY:
The Retail Production Associate I will primarily work in a production environment processing and sorting donated items following company quality standards and guidelines to determine which items will be placed on the sales floor to be sold. JOB SUMMARY
The Retail Janitor performs specific, assigned janitorial duties at a retail store while working to ensure Goodwill standards are met or exceeded.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Sweeps and mops floors
Cleans buildings by emptying trash, sweeping, and cleaning surfaces
Cleans and disinfects surfaces
Vacuums/Steam-cleans carpets
Uses cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces
Mixes various cleaning agents
Cleans windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees
Dusts furniture and scrubs surfaces clean
Cleans and services restrooms with mops and disinfectants
Applies wax to coat floors and buff
Applies sealant to floors
May move heavy items such as furniture
May direct customers to the appropriate department or team member for assistance
Identifies and reports possible repairs
Shovels snow from sidewalks and sprinkles salt on surfaces
Sprays insecticides and fumigants to prevent insect and rodent infestation
Stays on track and completes duties in a timely manner
Escalates issue or concerns to store management team
Helps provide a safe working environment for you, customers, and fellow employees
Follows all Goodwill policies, procedures, and employee handbook
Performs all other duties as assigned

JOB SUMMARY:
The Associate I, Retail Sales Cashier is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by greeting customers in a welcoming manner and responding timely and professionally to customer inquiries. JOB SUMMARY:
The Retail Production Associate I will primarily work in a production environment processing and sorting donated items following company quality standards and guidelines to determine which items will be placed on the sales floor to be sold. This process includes pricing and testing guidelines as required. The Associate is responsible for ensuring the sales floor area is well stocked with product in an organized and presentable fashion. The Associate may occasionally be in contact with customers and expected to be responsive in communication and provide excellent customer service. The Associate may be assigned to various areas that they have been trained in to include hardlines, softlines, housewares, electronics, mechanical goods, books, or shoes per the business needs. This position may occasionally work in donations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Meets or exceeds minimum productivity standards and expectations/Key Performance Indicator (KPI)s for assigned duties.
Sort donated items by type (books, media, textiles, housewares etc.) which include season, color, and quality of product.
Hang, size, and price, tag, and prepare items to be sold on the sales floor.
Inspect and quick test items as needed that plug-in or run on batteries to ensure the product is in good workable condition.
Make decisions to price according to Goodwill standards of quality and value of product (Good, Better, Best), which may include researching the item's value on the internet or utilizing other company tools and standards.
Ensure production and sales floor areas are well organized, stocked, properly merchandised, and clean.
Provide excellent customer service to fellow staff and customers; answer product questions as needed.
Rotate or pull old or unsold product in a timely manner from the sales floor to ensure product selection is refreshed as necessary.
May have additional responsibility of processing E-Commerce product (sort, hang, size, price, tag, etc.).
Follow all retail center policies and procedures.

JOB SUMMARY:

Our Retail Centers are open 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays and 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Sundays.
Pay: $15.65 per hour. This position is eligible for Daily Pay! Work today, get paid today! JOB SUMMARY:
The Retail Production Associate I will primarily work in a production environment processing and sorting donated items following company quality standards and guidelines to determine which items will be placed on the sales floor to be sold. This process includes pricing and testing guidelines as required. The Associate is responsible for ensuring the sales floor area is well stocked with product in an organized and presentable fashion. The Associate may occasionally be in contact with customers and expected to be responsive in communication and provide excellent customer service. The Associate may be assigned to various areas that they have been trained in to include hardlines, softlines, housewares, electronics, mechanical goods, books, or shoes per the business needs. This position may occasionally work in donations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Meets or exceeds minimum productivity standards and expectations/Key Performance Indicator (KPI)s for assigned duties.
Sort donated items by type (books, media, textiles, housewares etc.) which include season, color, and quality of product.
Hang, size, and price, tag, and prepare items to be sold on the sales floor.
Inspect and quick test items as needed that plug-in or run on batteries to ensure the product is in good workable condition.
Make decisions to price according to Goodwill standards of quality and value of product (Good, Better, Best), which may include researching the item's value on the internet or utilizing other company tools and standards.
Ensure production and sales floor areas are well organized, stocked, properly merchandised, and clean.
Provide excellent customer service to fellow staff and customers; answer product questions as needed.
Rotate or pull old or unsold product in a timely manner from the sales floor to ensure product selection is refreshed as necessary.
May have additional responsibility of processing E-Commerce product (sort, hang, size, price, tag, etc.).
Follow all retail center policies and procedures.
Ensures work areas are clear and organized and adhere to continuous improvement standards.
Follow all safety processes and procedures to help provide a safe working environment for employees and customers.
Cross-train in other departments or areas; act as a back-up for other areas as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:
A High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Donation Services Associate I is typically the first point of contact for customers that are dropping off items at retail centers. Donation Services Associates provide excellent and friendly customer service by greeting customer's timely and helping as needed that may include lifting or unloading donations from a customer's vehicle or other area. Associates are expected to handle goods with care, showing respect for items donated.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provides excellent Customer service, greeting customers in a timely manner, answering product questions as needed.
Assists every customer by unloading donations from vehicle or other area(s).
Ensures donated items are handled with care and sorted into appropriate bins or production areas.
Inspects all donations within assigned areas and make decisions on quality to sort appropriately for the sales floor or to be shipped to other locations.
Ensures a safe, organized, and clean environment is maintained for both customers and fellow employees within the donations entrance and parking lot areas.
Maintains remote donation centers shed and trailer, following appropriate opening and closing procedures when working at a remote site.
Ensures supplies are kept well stocked at remote site(s) as necessary.
Tracks and reports donation levels daily to ensure trailers do not become over stocked when working in remote donation center locations.
Follows all retail center policies and procedures.
Follows all safety processes and procedures to help provide a safe working environment for employees and customers.
Cross-train in other departments or areas; act as a back-up for other areas as required.
