About the Role:
As a Retail Associate, your main responsibility will be to assist in the day-to-day operations of our retail store, which sells donated goods to support our organization's mission. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers and in maximizing the revenue generated from the sale of donated items. Your end goal is to contribute to the success of our organization by efficiently managing the flow of donated goods, maintaining a clean and organized store, and providing excellent customer service.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a retail or customer service role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic math skills for cash handling and pricing.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a thrift store or similar retail environment.
Knowledge of fashion trends and brands.
