0 perks,management and HR talk to you like your 2,very short breaks,I got pointed for having bronchitis even though I had a doctor's note,the reason was I was gone a full day,ridiculous! You are breathing in all kinds of allergens and dirt all day,some clothes are molded.Have to wait a year and six months for the small raises that are given,no appreciation

Extra time for breaks since we have to walk a ways to the breakroom,appreciating the workers,giving perks ,having meetings so we know what's going on,and not at our work station where we used to have safety meetings where you can't hear or process anything being said. classes for management and HR on how to treat humans.
You dont even need to fill out an application they hire people that just come in and don't even do background checks.

Helping older people find what they need, working with the general public, seeing them experience Goodwill for the first time. Then they become a regular.
Management showing favoritism, schedules, work load. I believe the cashiers have a heavy workload, they are to take care of the customers, put all clothing out, pull when needed, clean the entire store. Where the back room is a pit, stuff piled everywhere and the kitchen area is nasty never cleaned. The customers of the store have never seen the manager because they never come out of the back room!
