Prepares the monthly store inventory and spot Audits/cycle counts - critical SKU's for shrink. Personally, checks the sales reports, register journals, and bank deposits daily. Routinely audits register tills during business hours. Ensures there are individual cash drawers for all cashiers and that cash is counted before a cashier's shift begins and after the shift ends. Schedules labor and prepares timecards/sheets. Responsible for the review, audit and approval of time sheets. GGC staff will be scheduled to arrive one hour prior to opening and to stay one hour after closing or as appropriate for the Bookstore. The primary duties of the staff on duty at these times is as follows: Vacuum, sweep, and mop all floors as needed. Clean glass entry doors and mirrors. Sweep outside entry. Pick up parking lot.
