Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversees the financial oversight, planning and stability of GGW and the GEC.
Establishes and maintains a financial team structure that successfully supports the finance functions of the organization and strategic projects and initiatives.
Creates a mission-focused climate and develops a team supportive of all mission programs.
Prepares timely, accurate financial reports and analysis for the CEO, Board, Finance Committee, and Audit Committee; as well as the Senior Leadership Team.
Protects assets by establishing, monitoring and enforcing internal controls.
Maintains executive responsibility for financial operations, including cash and treasury management; payroll, audit & tax, control compliance and budgets, financial systems automation, and process improvements.
Manages cash flow by routinely reviewing the status of the accounts receivable aging and ensuring proper collection of accounts through the staff, reviewing daily bank balances.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Demonstrated experience with A-133 audits, A-122 cost principles, and Form 990.
A minimum of ten years' experience in accounting and/or corporate finance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and database software. Practical knowledge of financial management, payroll, and general ledger software.
Proven abilities in coaching, counselling, and conflict resolution.
Exceptional organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and in active status.
Certificate of Advanced Accounting Proficiency.
Knowledge of and specific competence with MS D365 Finance and Operations or a comparable accounting system.

1. Primary point of contact for Form I9. Reviews and approves form I9 and process new hires thorough E-Verify system to verify work status and follow up with Team Members who are on a work visa on a monthly basis.

Responsible for overseeing connections and partnerships with local community service providers to enhance the menu of support services provided to team members (e.g. housing, food, childcare, transportation, clothing, medical insurance, mental health, services to families, children, individuals who are elderly, persons with disabilities, emergency assistance, etc.).
6. Maintains a stakeholder feedback system with team members, people managers and external service agencies to drive continuous improvement through feedback analysis and makes program service modifications and enhancements as needed.
7. Utilizes available systems and data to track and communicate progress against expected outcome targets and inform on strategic and operational approaches.
8. Provide in depth guidance, timely coaching and feedback to the team to ensure their success on meeting key accountability standards (i.e. outcome measurement, goals, IESPs, placements, retention, etc.)

Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, counseling, psychology, rehabilitation services, or related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in field. 3.
