Oversees the financial oversight, planning and stability of GGW and the GEC.
Establishes and maintains a financial team structure that successfully supports the finance functions of the organization and strategic projects and initiatives.

Prepares timely, accurate financial reports and analysis for the CEO, Board, Finance Committee, and Audit Committee; as well as the Senior Leadership Team.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Demonstrated experience with A-133 audits, A-122 cost principles, and Form 990.
A minimum of ten years' experience in accounting and/or corporate finance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and database software. Practical knowledge of financial management, payroll, and general ledger software.
Proven abilities in coaching, counselling, and conflict resolution.
Exceptional organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and in active status.
Certificate of Advanced Accounting Proficiency.

Key responsibilities and Accountabilities:1. Develops, coaches and trains all direct reports in the business unit. 2. Creates an atmosphere of ongoing exceptional customer service to internal (associates, peers, other departments) and external customers (donors, shoppers, community partners).3. Manages inventory levels of all merchandise lines and oversees quality of merchandise to the sales floor to optimize revenue generation. 4. Monitors and ensures a smooth and effective flow of donations adhering to all published standards, safety, security, and state laws.5. Performs all requested bookkeeping, accounting and reporting requirements on a timely basis to include: monitoring time and attendance system and related policies and procedures; surveys; production reports and sales reports. 6. Maintains effective email, phone and face to face communication.7. Understands competition in the trading area and is prepared to react to competitive situations.8. Responsible for all presentation standards and merchandising standards on the sales floor. 9. Responsible for maintaining a safe environment for costumers & employees. Monitors safety and security procedures and ensures safety procedures are enforced on an ongoing basis. 10. Complies with and enforces company policies, standards and values. 11. Participates in special projects, attends meetings.12. Performs all other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibility:This position has supervisory responsibility for both retail and production staff, including assistant managers, team leads, and associates.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:1. Proven track record of successful leadership and good judgement, preferably in a retail or similar service oriented business or environment (e.g. military experience). 2. High school diploma or equivalent plus three to five years previous management experience in retail or similar service oriented business or environment (e.g. military experience). 3. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.4. Basic math and computer skills (ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets understand computerized time and attendance, understand POS systems etc.).5. Must have a personal vehicle to use when making cash deposits from the store.6. Must be willing to work flexible days and hours. Schedule must be flexible to meet the needs of a seven day per week business. 7. Proven ability to inspire, coach, train, and develop store team members to consistently provide exceptional customer service and drive for results.
Preferred Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in business or related field.2. Previous experience working with the disabled and disadvantaged.3. Fluency in a language other than English

Rappahannock Goodwill Industries (RGI) is searching for E-Commerce Store Specialist located at our (Town & Country) Goodwill. The E-commerce Store Specialist supports 100% of the E-Commerce effort in stores and will act as the core resource in a store for evaluation of product to partner with the store management team to identify and select donated products for sale online to meet predetermined goals. This position will thoroughly examine each product to determine the correct condition, manufacturer, and other pertinent criteria, write concise, appealing, and accurate descriptions necessary to list items on the best online platform available to maximize sales. They will provide training to store staff on product evaluation and pricing for both E-Commerce and stores.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Maintain and streamline the evaluation process and technique.
Source high value donations from the donation stream.
Partner with and train the stores donations and production teams to identify and evaluate products for E-Commerce and stores.
Manifest products for E-Commerce.
Record and document metrics including production numbers and weekly goals.
Ability to meet daily goals of identifying high value products and deadlines.
Use computers, mobile devices, books and online sources to research value and authenticity of items.
Evaluate, research, prep, and price products.
Fill in at another E-Commerce site as needed.
Communicate with E-Commerce team for consistency, ongoing training, and productivity.
Act as liaison between stores and e-commerce and ensure all merchandise is sent out to e-commerce in a timely manner.
Focus on quality control procedures to ensure that every item is described correctly.
Describe and title product accurately with keywords.
Create and maintain standard operating procedures.
Research items, accurately portray, weigh, measure, using disclaimers and assign shipping and handling charges appropriately.
Meet or exceed daily productivity goals through the efficient handling of product, processing items quickly and accurately.
Follow safety procedures and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as needed.
Perform routine tasks according to established processes and ensure that each item is credited to the store that sent it.
Foster and demonstrate a positive team environment.
Fully and accurately write all product descriptions and attributes (including damages).
Assist in pulling items for re-listing.
Assist in sorting, identifying, and preparing items for photography.
Assist in filing items and maintaining the shelves.
Help facilitate shipment of sold items if needed.
Perform other job duties as required.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Must be available to work during operating hours as needed for business operations. Work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and blackout periods which may vary from week to week as well as occasional overtime when approved by management.
Education/Training:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. 1+ year's industrial production and working with people with disabilities experience preferred.
Must have basic computer skills including navigation on the internet and web-browsing.
Must be familiar with key Internet sites including eBay and Amazon.
Physical Demands:
Ability to stand and move around for extended periods, lift objects up to 50 pounds, pushing/pulling, bending/stooping, reaching, turning and repetitive motions.
Working Conditions:
Manufacturing environment with exposure to dust, dirt, and noise.

Rappahannock Goodwill Industries (RGI) is searching for Team Lead who will assist in the operation of the England Run store location. As a Team Lead you will assist in the supervision of the sales floor and processing department in absence of management, assuring goods are made available to the public in a clean, attractive environment with the best customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Behave as a model worker in terms of personal appearance, behavior, quantity, and quality of work done.
Maintain the 5 S standards and score requirements consistently.
Assure exceptionally friendly customer service.
Assure the visual appearance and cleanliness of entire sales floor, including replenishment of merchandise, display of merchandise and advertising signs are clean and attractive.
Assist cashiers with voids, refunds, change and X and Z readings as needed.
Assure the best quality merchandise, removing poor quality, damaged or aged merchandise from the sales floor.
Maintain safe shopping and working conditions throughout the sales floor, taking immediate actions to correct problems with fixtures and equipment and reports violations to Store Manager.
Adhere to security policies and enforces all security rules and regulations and report incidents to Store Manager.
Assist in any other store functions as needed to assure all work goals are met.
Reinforce cross training across store functions.
Keep store manager informed of problems and successes relating to the sales floor and processing department.
All other duties as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Must be available to work during operating hours as needed for business operations. Work schedule may include days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and blackout periods which may vary from week to week as well as occasional overtime when approved by management.
Education/Training:
• High School diploma or equivalent and 1+ years retail or related experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must complete all RGI Team Lead training programs
• Completion of all additional mandatory trainings will be required as outlined by your supervisor to retain this position.
