Supervisory Responsibility: This position will provide direct supervision to the Director of Finance & Accounting Compliance, Director of GEC & Special Projects, and Director of Payroll. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Demonstrated experience with A-133 audits, A-122 cost principles, and Form 990. A minimum of ten years' experience in accounting and/or corporate finance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and database software. Practical knowledge of financial management, payroll, and general ledger software. Proven abilities in coaching, counselling, and conflict resolution. Exceptional organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and in active status. Certificate of Advanced Accounting Proficiency. Knowledge of and specific competence with MS D365 Finance and Operations or a comparable accounting system. Knowledge of and specific competence with Prophix or a comparable budgeting and planning system. Experience with Ceridian Dayforce or a comparable HR Management system.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Accepts all donations from customers, providing outstanding customer service. Responsible for correctly labeling Gaylords. Conducts daily safety inspection on all company owned equipment including walkie stackers. Follows and ensures all safety rules are complied with and appropriate safety equipment is used.
