Creating a welcoming experience by authentically welcoming, assisting and thanking, every customer every time.
Unloading donations from donor's vehicles upon request and provides donor with a donation Tax receipt.
Breaking down the donations into categories such as clothing and non-clothing items and places in appropriate locations.
Pricing merchandise at the direction of Store Management staff and moves merchandise from the processing area to the sales floor.
Processing all items efficiently, neatly, and in compliance with company best practices.
Working efficiently to minimize customer wait time while maintaining customer service and accuracy.
Demonstrating commitment to customer service so every customer leaves satisfied with their shopping experience
Your Qualifications:

Nature and Scope:
Under the direction of the Youth Development Director, the Playcenter Attendant will provide care, lead activities, and ensure the safety of children between the ages of three months and twelve years. This position must perform duties in accordance with the policies, goals, mission, values and objectives established by the Metropolitan Atlanta YMCA, Branch Strategic Plan, Safety Protocols Including COVID-19, and Play Center Guidelines and Non-Negotiables. Emphasis will be placed on child safety, youth development, and high member engagement.
Minimum Requirements:
* Must be at least 16 years of age and have experience working with youth in a structured setting.
* Complete all required trainings prior to start; must obtain CPR certification within the first 30 days of employment.
* A working knowledge of computers including MS Word and MS Excel is preferred.

* Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently, problem solve and possess effective time management skills.

Job Summary
Plan, organize, and provide quality care and engaging activities for children in the Flexcare program. Supervise children in a safe, nurturing environment while supporting their social, emotional, and physical development. Nature and Scope:
Under the direction of the Youth Development Director, the Playcenter Attendant will provide care, lead activities, and ensure the safety of children between the ages of three months and twelve years. This position must perform duties in accordance with the policies, goals, mission, values and objectives established by the Metropolitan Atlanta YMCA, Branch Strategic Plan, Safety Protocols Including COVID-19, and Play Center Guidelines and Non-Negotiables. Emphasis will be placed on child safety, youth development, and high member engagement.
Minimum Requirements:
* Must be at least 16 years of age and have experience working with youth in a structured setting.
* Complete all required trainings prior to start; must obtain CPR certification within the first 30 days of employment.
* A working knowledge of computers including MS Word and MS Excel is preferred.
