The Case Aide is responsible for assisting the CaseManager in youth supervision and with data entry into Southwest Key Programs and funding source database. Essential Functions:

Notify Case Worker or designee immediately in the event of a youth crisis, suspected illegal activity or any other youth or program incident.
Participate in youths daily program activities to include but not limited to: group counseling, recreation and assist with transportation if necessary.
Review case files to become familiar with youth history.
Maintain all required trainings and certifications.
Other Functions:
Provide youth advocacy in the areas of health, education, vocation, legal and family work.
Provide crisis intervention and administer first aid when necessary.
Ability to manage problematic behaviors and set limits.
Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
Provide youth transportation to and from program, as assigned.

Position Overview:
The Maternal Recovery CaseManager provides comprehensive, trauma-informed casemanagement to pregnant and parenting women with opioid use disorder. This role supports Medical Assisted Treatment (MAT) navigation, prenatal and postpartum care coordination, benefits enrollment, parenting support, and reunification efforts while addressing barriers to care such as transportation and access to resources. The Maternal Recovery CaseManager works collaboratively with clinical providers, peer support staff, and community partners to promote healthy pregnancies, safe parenting, and sustained recovery.
Requirements
* Provide comprehensive, trauma-informed casemanagement services to pregnant and parenting women impacted by opioid use disorder.
* Conduct intake assessments, recovery capital assessments, and ongoing reassessments to identify maternal, medical, behavioral health, and social service needs.
* Develop individualized service and recovery plans that support maternal health, sobriety, parenting stability, and family reunification.

* Advocate for participants during multidisciplinary team meetings, staffing, and family planning meetings.
* Facilitate communication between participants, treatment providers, and child welfare professionals.

* Work closely with Peer Support Specialists, Outreach Coordinator, and Regional Services Coordinator to ensure wraparound support.
* Participate in case staffing, multidisciplinary meetings, and care coordination activities.
* Provide guidance to peer staff related to maternal and parenting-focused recovery needs.
* Document all assessments, service plans, referrals, and casemanagement activities in KIPU/EHR systems.
* Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with grant requirements, DBHDD standards, and organizational policies.
* Collect outcome data related to maternal stability, treatment engagement, and reunification progress.
* Educate participants on their rights, available services, and expectations related to treatment and child welfare involvement.
* Empower participants to advocate for themselves and make informed decisions regarding recovery and parenting.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, public health, nursing, counseling, or a related field.
* Minimum of two years of experience providing casemanagement or care coordination in behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, maternal health, or related settings.
* Knowledge of substance use disorders, medication-assisted treatment (MAT), maternal and child health, and trauma-informed care.
* Ability to work effectively with pregnant and parenting populations.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Provide real-time, problem-solving solutions to individuals in the Downtown Rising Residential Program
Provide casemanagement services, including but not limited to intake, assessment, screening, conflict mediation and negotiation, crisis housing search, short-term diversion casemanagement assistance, financial assistance, legal assistance, and linkages to community resources and mainstream benefits
Determine type and amount of eligible financial supports and submit check requests for approved financial assistance payments

Offer flexible office hours at multiple locations within the community. Locations may include, but not limited to, shelter locations, encampments, courts, housing properties, partnering agencies and other community based organizations. Physical Demands:
Must be able to obtain First Aid Certification (CPR). Must be able to verify client's whereabouts by driving, sitting, standing and walking for extended periods of time. Daily use of various office equipment. Bending, stooping, climbing up stairs and lifting up to 15 lbs. required to complete daily tasks.
Work Environment:
This is a youth tracking program which requires daily contact at various client locations. Work shifts are subject to change. Noise levels vary from mild to moderate. This position may require extended periods of time in an automobile. Exposed to prevalent weather conditions. This position will require 85% travel to various GA counties (max up to 1 ½ hour one way), and 15% in the office. Staff are required to use their own vehicle for tracking. Travel reimbursement (IRS Mileage Rate) is provided to staff.

The Parent Partner provides guidance to parents who have an infant or toddler in an open dependency case. The Parent Partner will leverage their own lived experiences to foster hope and empowerment in parents by developing coping strategies, accessing resources, building social connections, and helping parents achieve reunification. The Parent Partner is a dedicated and compassionate professional with experience providing peer support and guidance to individuals in need, with a proven track record of success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide direct support with one-on-one coaching, and encouragement to parents in overcoming personal barriers to reunification with their infant/toddler.

General Description
The PRS Clinical Supervisor must have experience with assessments, evaluations, managingcases, and home studies. Candidate must have supervisory experience, be self-motivated and possess excellent time management skills. Should be solution-focused and task oriented with knowledge of community resources and experience working with diverse populations. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. PRS Clinical Supervisor is knowledgeable in connecting and collaborating with local resource providers in providing services for children and their sponsor.

Minimum Qualifications
A Master of Social Work (MSW) or an equivalent degree in, psychology, sociology, or other behavioral science fields, plus 2 years post-graduate direct service experience; or a bachelor's in one of the aforementioned sciences, plus 6 years of clinical employment experience in the behavioral sciences.
Clinical supervisors must have prior supervisory experience and must be licensed to provide clinical supervision, so long as supervising PRS conducted across state lines does not violate state licensing rules.
Knowledge of family preservation, kinship care, trauma-informed care, child welfare policies and procedures, and relevant state and federal laws and regulations.
Experience in conducting Home Studies, providing Post Release Services, and working with immigrant populations.
Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal/written).
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to successfully interact with families, caseworkers, and other stakeholders.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

What You'll Be Doing
Will carry a small caseload of home study and post release services, as needed.
Ensure staff comply with US and ORR policies, procedures, and mandated timeframes.
Responsible for the supervision of staff providing home study and post release services, and oversight of the department for Home Study and PRS Level III cases.
Gather and continuously report the progress of expected outcomes and implement improvement strategies.
Assess, identify, verify, and provide recommendations in areas where additional support, resources, or information may be needed to meet a child's needs and provisions of a safe environment.
Provide guidance on trauma informed crisis intervention strategies and services, as needed, or connect family to services to ensure child's safety and well-being in a crisis.
Evaluate recommendations made by staff on the sponsor's ability to provide appropriate care and safe living environment for the child and ensure assessments and screenings for human trafficking concerns are being conducted on an ongoing basis.
Assist in the coordination and scheduling of interviews, home visits, management of caseloads and travel for staff.
Maintain appropriate documentation, safeguard confidential records, and protect personally identifiable information according to program regulations.
Reports concerns related to children and sponsors, life changing events and significant incidences to the program and ORR. Act as a mandated reporter and report abuse/neglect to child protective services and law enforcement according to the requirements by the state where services are being provided.
Participate in training, meetings, and maintain quality improvement initiatives as recommended.
This role requires travel to provide services, and conduct meetings with staff in surrounding areas in the U.S.
Related duties as assigned and may be revised as needed to meet program needs.
