You'll complete the manual labor associated with the daily cleaning of the building. You will also perform various duties requiring moderate physical strength which would include but are not limited to the following: Essential Functions: Responsible for dusting, mopping, sweeping, damp mopping tile floors and stairwells. Dust and clean walls, doors, windows and other surfaces above floor. Dust, clean and polish furniture and fixtures. Police common areas. Police around building exterior. Requirements: General knowledge of cleaning methods, materials and equipment. You'll need to be able to stand for long periods of time and maintain a positive attitude while engaging in repetitive tasks.
