Amazing Clients
Toxic work culture at its peak. Management has no idea what they are doing and instead prioritize destroying the work culture rather than actually looking for new ideas to increase revenue. For example, they track your location using the Payroll app and if you so much as clock in from the parking lot, you'll be getting a call from HR. They check your calendars. There is little to no room for any sort of career advancement. Not to mention, the promotions and the career advancement that does exist is not given by qualification, but instead on whether you’re friends with management. Yet in spite of all of this, the only thing management ever cares about is "time theft" and blames employees taking bathroom breaks instead of their feeble brains and inability to make a sound business decision. This place is just filled with a bunch of rejects who could not make it elsewhere and because of that management is on an insane power-trip. Do yourself a favor and apply elsewhere.
