Responsibilities:
Material Handling:
* Mopping, sweeping, vacuuming of floors or outside areas at all locations.
* Wiping down or dusting, blinds, metal window or door strips, soda machines, microwaves, baseboards, office furniture, chairs, counters, tables, phones, walls, artificial plants, lockers, sinks, mirrors, front doors, pictures and plaques.
* Clean light fixtures every 6 months.
* Clean bathroom stalls/fixtures.
* Empty trash in all areas - at least twice daily.
* Sweep dock area.
* With direction of their supervisor the custodian will assist in donations, stocking of merchandise, unloading and loading of Goodwill delivery trucks and moving merchandise around the warehouse and back rooms.
* Restock supplies and notify supervisor when more supplies area needed.
* Clean break room areas before and after lunch and all breaks.
* Maintaining excellent attendance.
* Ninety percent of the duties are performed in the Goodwill Distribution Center, Clearance Center, and office that has quasi-regulated temperatures. Ten percent of the duties involve being outside receiving donations deliveries or possibly loading/unloading a vehicle.
* Any other project that is assigned by direct management.
Requirements:
* High school, GED completion and/or previous experience is preferred.
* Ability to follow verbal instructions and to work as a team member.

Position Summary:
The Volunteer Coordinator works closely with the Volunteer & Outreach Manager to support volunteer recruitment, retention, orientation and recognition, as well as scheduling, tracking and reporting volunteer hours. The Coordinator will also serve in rotation to facilitate weekend volunteer check-in.
