Very political. CEO expresses her very biased political views. Should not be political environment. Org should serve its employees in a non partisan, non judgmental manner. She definitely violates the rules of non-profit management.
Wonderful building, although underutilized and not extremely welcoming to outside customers. Coffee shop gone. Dining area closed. Ghost town, except 4th floor management suites. No veterans program as advertised.
Leadership team is self serving, no regard for working class. No leadership support of previous, and now extinct, programs such as barista, culinary and vet programs. And yet the leadership begs for more donations. Sad.
Fire the CEO, Sr VP. Both have severely downsized significant and significant programs.
I provided the military background for my position.
$20 an hour with 35 years of military service, an MBA and a bronze star. No raise in 3 years.
Poor. Although, the org is working on becoming a non-racist org. Much to do in that regard. Sr VP is a huge supporter of the BLM movement and touts this at every opportunity.. Does not solicit BLM contributions that I know of?
Very depressing place to work.
