We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of commercial real estate projects. As an Assistant Project Manager within Corporate Advisory & Solutions, you'll be responsible for assisting with all aspects of project management, from planning and vendor coordination to budgeting and reporting. Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello). Basic knowledge of project budgeting and cost control. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information to team members and stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building positive relationships with vendors, contractors, and clients. Proactive approach to problem-solving, able to anticipate challenges and develop solutions. High level of initiative, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
