* Focus on transition project execution but also client advisory in transition area
* Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth project execution from transition perspective
* Close cooperation with our Change Managers to ensure adoption of new ways of working
* Building transition strategy, roadmap and applying that to projects
YOUR PROFILE
* Min 3 years' experience in ProjectManagement and proven track of Transition Managementprojects delivery
* Experience in ProjectManagement (projectmanagement certification will be an asset) and proven track of projects/programs delivery
* Understanding and insight into the GBS/SSC/BPO market, concepts, and good practices, supported by delivering projects in given area
* Experience in planning, managing and executing the overall/part of a transition program for various Function/s including stakeholders' management, risk management, overall projectmanagement
* Ability to participate in review project proposals to determine approach, goals, milestones, timeframes, procedures, transition resources for the transition program of a various Function/s
* Team and Project Team Management - motivate, manage, and inspire project team
* Excellent Communication Skills Ensure effective communication between key stakeholders groups for each transition (Project Team, Function Leadership, Local site management, GBS Management, GBS Knowledge Transfer Teams)
