The Divisional Margin Lead is responsible for the creation, development and execution of initiatives supporting overall Divisional margin strategies. Repairs and maintains all heavy tractor, trailer, refrigeration units, and converter dolly units.
A technician at the Apprentice (entry) level is just beginning a career in heavy vehicle maintenance and repair. Apprentice technicians may be capable, but are limited to the most basic diagnosis and repairs. Direct supervision and training are required at this level. (GFS expects employees hired at this level to progress to the Skilled level technician.)
A technician at the Skilled (basic skill) level requires less supervision direction and/or assistance to make typical GFS diagnosis and repairs. Any diagnosis or repair made by a Skilled technician may need to be reviewed and/or inspected by a supervisor or a mentoring Master technician. Freight Handler
Distribution Center Address: 225 Solar Dr. Imperial, PA
Pay: Starting at $19.60/hour
Plus, any performance incentives, bonuses, etc.
Work Schedule:
Sunday - Thursday work week, with Friday and Saturdays off
FILL OUT 1st or 2nd shift from FILL OUT to FILL OUT approximate finish time (shifts vary based on work volume)

Gordon Food Service takes pride in delivering seamless order processing and delivery to our customers, and our warehouse staff is the backbone of our success. As a freight handler, you'll support our team by breaking down pallets of inbound freight and sorting the product by item code onto new pallets so it can be put into inventory by our replenishment team. There's no experience required - we'll train you how to get the job done!

You must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed - holidays are very important to our customers!
We have frozen products - your ability to work in extreme cold or hot conditions (-25F to 100F) is required while you're here.
Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
Successfully pass a drug test that will assess drug usage and a background check.
Prior warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
