Position Summary:
The Divisional Margin Lead is responsible for the creation, development and execution of initiatives supporting overall Divisional margin strategies. Collaborates with Director of Sales and Division Sales Trainer, to recommend custom approaches to effective price training and strategy.
Works with Division Sales Leadership to develop specific action plans for under performing markets and CDS.

Technicians will be asked to inspect, monitor, and maintain all ammonia refrigeration systems, and operate and maintain all facility heating and air conditioning systems. Pay: Based on Experience Ranging from $28.11 - $42.35 + incentives & night shift premium!

High school diploma or GED is required
Technical or Refrigeration Engineers Technician Association (RETA) certification preferred
HAZMAT certification is preferred
CARO or CIRO certification preferred
Two years previous operating anhydrous ammonia systems OR HVAC/R experience - or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience required
Must have knowledge of state, federal, and local regulations, including OSHA and EPA with experience writing PSM

Summary: Operates and maintains all equipment, including HVAC systems, high-pressure boilers, generators and steam equipment. Reads and records information from meters and gauges to verify operating conditions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides quality customer service by providing one-on-one attention to detail.
Responds to dispatch calls for machine and equipment repairs.
Calls on existing customers to determine adequacy of service; resolves service complaints.

Sets up and operates mechanical equipment and small hand tools for machine and equipment repair.
Maintains clean and safe work environment; performs job safely.
Contributes to the team; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Type I Refrigeration Certification and valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license.
