The only pro at working at Gorman and Company was the day I left! Absolutely the worst company!
Unsafe work environment, management that was unqualified and under the influence of drugs and alcohol on a daily basis. No proper training. Blatant racism by management to the CEO!
None, the day I left was the best decision!
Nothing but a bunch of racist white supremacist!
Have the fully investigated and shut down!
I interviewed with a manager named Tanya Pope who was clearly under the influence of drugs and alcohol and she took one look at my application asked 2 questions and I was hired on the spot. Not a real interview by far!
Very low pay especially for the work load. I left and working in the same field of work in same area and makes significantly more with less responsibilities and safer work environment.
It is none! Ran, managed, and controlled by white racist supremacists! No other race and culture is respected just tolerated to do the jobs they don't won't to.
Clocking out and going home!
Literally one of the worst places I have ever worked. I experienced blatant racism, micromanagement, unclear training and expectations. No accomodations for disabilities, the list could go on and on. I left a review on Indeed that was deleted by Gorman. They filter negative reviews only posting good ones by current staff that want to remain in good graces. 0 out of 10 would reccomend.
Micromanagement on extreme levels, blatant racism. Zero diversity, or accomodations for disabilities.
The salary and pet insurance.
