Earlier in his career, Mr. Farrell served as Senior Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Farrell holds an A.B. from Harvard University, and an M.B.A. from the Darden School at the University of Virginia. Mr. Farrell currently serves on the board and is chairman of the Audit Committee of Questcor Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company focused on the treatment of patients with serious, difficult-to-treat autoimmune and inflammatory disorders.

Frederick Howe is Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and founder of MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc., the nation's largest privately held full-service pharmacy benefit manager, with 47 million covered lives. Over three decades, Mr. Howe's vision has led to technological breakthroughs and other important changes in the way pharmacy claims are processed and paid every day for millions of consumers. Today, under his leadership, MedImpact is at the forefront of developing new ways to use formularies, disease management and medical data to improve the quality and value of healthcare. He has served on the Schering-Plough Advisory Board and the Scripps Foundation for Medicine and Science, and is an active member in the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy and several other industry organizations.
