SUMMARY: The Human Resources Representative supports a variety of Human Resources functions with a focus on employee onboarding, credentialing, data management, and general HR operations. This role provides essential support to the HR team by maintaining accurate employee information, assisting with day-to-day processes, and contributing to a positive employee experience. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Complete on-boarding and off-boarding processes for all employees and interns, including initiating background screenings, liaising with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders around start-date requirements, sending e-mail notifications, tracking and collecting program orientation checklists, and coordinating and tracking company property assignments and related records. Manage all credentialing, including new and quarterly re-appointments. Routinely update and maintain licensing database. Maintain and update employee data in electronic HR filing systems, including ADP, as needed and appropriate to role. Help manage HR documentation, including within personnel files and for compliance requests. Provide administrative support across all HR functions as needed. Assist with general employee inquiries. Assist with tasks related to the new employee orientation program. Coordinate and schedule mandatory trainings (e.g., CPR) and regularly update and maintain all online training databases. Collaborate with HR Leadership on identifying departmental needs, proposing PI initiatives, and defining strategies. Participate in developing departmental goals, objectives, and systems. Participate in staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars. Perform all other duties as assigned. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, Experience, AND SKILLS REQUIRED: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required to perform the job Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred and/or three (3) years of experience in the Human Resources field, or any similar combination of education and experience. Participate in recovery-oriented socialization via informal interactions with patients, circulating in the program to monitor patient activity and ensuring maintenance of program guidelines. Document observations, activities, and participation in appropriate records including the patient record, shift logs, and in the preparation of incident reports. Work closely with and provide support to the counseling team. Meet with patients individually when appropriate.
