Summary of the position: The Community-Based Case Intern is responsible for providing home-based and community-based quality services for families involved with the Department of Child Services and/or Juvenile Probation. Complete releases and GJR intake forms upon initial contact with client/placement/other parties ensuring copies are saved in the clinical record.
