Company culture is deeply rooted in promoting a positive and inclusive work environment, supports and encourages growth, and truly cares about each employee.

Cons of working at Gothic Landscape

They only service cities in California, Arizona and Nevada, so there are limited options for relocation within the Company.

What do you like best about Gothic Landscape's CEO and the leadership team?

The CEO is personally invested in the success of each employee and takes the time to visit each location to meet the employees. He is approachable and genuinely seeks opportunities to better the Company in service to its employees.

I am very pleased with the company culture.

I did some research on the Company, but mostly I prepared questions I knew I wanted to have answered for myself so that I knew how the Company and role would suit me.

I believe my compensation is average to slightly above average.
