Pros of working at goTRG

The only pro was my direct manager and team.

Cons of working at goTRG

Lack of guidance or decision making Organization is lead by fear Lack of accountability Lack of Customer centric. Bonuses are based on no real critera and capped by the CEO based on how he feels that month.
