Charles Lattuca is an accomplished transportation executive with more than 25 years’ experience in transportation management, project development and delivery, public policy and strategic planning. Charles assumed the position of President and CEO at GoTriangle in April 2020. GoTriangle operates regional bus, paratransit services and vanpools in the Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill areas of North Carolina, one of the fastest growing metropolitan areas in the nation. GoTriangle is also responsible for regional transit planning and development initiatives. Prior to joining GoTriangle, Charles worked for the Maryland Transit Administration and was responsible for managing the $5.6 billion Purple Line project; a new 16.2-mile Light Rail Transit System under construction in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area.

Carolyn M. Lyons MBA PHR CPC is a Chief Talent Officer at GoTriangle and Writer, Coach & Consultant at Freelance and is based in Durham, North Carolina. She has worked as Recruiter Consultant/Benefits Admin at Contract HR Services via Kelly Services/Express Employment Professionals, Vice President Human Resources at Coastal Federal Credit Union, and HR Director at M&F Bank. Carolyn studied at Elon University Martha and Spencer Love School of Business and University of North Carolina Chapel Hill.

Saundra Freeman is a Chief Financial Officer at GoTriangle and is based in North Carolina. She has worked as Treasurer/Bd Member at NCCWPS; Sr, Manager Finance at Nortel Networks; and Director, Sales Operations at Nortel Networks. Saundra studied at University of Colorado Denver between 1987 and 1989 and WASHINGTON UNIVERSITY between 1979 and 1983.
