Working at GPD Group

Due to medical issues, I had to work from home. Management did not like that since they were trying to get (mostly everyone) to be in the office all the time. Despite the fact that I worked with many people that were not even in my city (so I would have had to communicate via technology anyway), they ended up finding a way to lay me off. also, at least in my profession, they kinda only had one professional ladder track.

Bonuses and medical insurance for me and my family being completely paid for.

It is a big company so there are a wide variety of projects to work on.

The CEO seemed straightforward. Management was less so.

They tout that they are an employee owned company, but they do not listen to the employees needs or desires as a whole or individually.

Average.

Diversity is great!

I like being able to be part of a project from start to finish. It gives me a sense of productivity and accomplishment.

Bonus 4 per year, you can buy extra vacation time.

Amazing ppl, employee owned co., if you work here you own part of the co. Treat employees great. GPD Group gave us great holiday gifts.

I didn’t start here sooner.

I don’t know how you could improve on a great company culture. It’s fun.

I looked Company up & did my own research.

Yes there’s lots different ppl, it’s a good deverse amount of ppl.

Working. I like the ppl in this group I work with. The office is almost too fun.

The work can be engaging at times.

Very hard for career progression, salaries are below industry standards, senior management is not really open to discussing concerns.

The heath insurance package is by far the best and only benefit
