Recruiting processes continue to improve as the company scales. Who You Are: 3-5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech‑enabled environments. Experience partnering with hiring managers across technical and non‑technical roles. Exposure to global recruiting or interest in growing your global hiring experience. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with multiple priorities. Strong communicator with excellent organizational and relationship‑building skills. The expected salary for this position ranges from $95,000 - $105,000 annually. The actual salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held.
